這是一個真的讓人有如回家一般舒適感的民宿。有去洛陽旅遊特別是自駕遊的朋友，推薦入住。
衞生：乾淨得很。
設施:房間有大衣櫥，掛衣鈎；廚房有基本廚具，冰箱，滿足簡單做飯需求，餐廳標準餐桌吃飯，孩子寫作業，都適用。全屋地暖讓房間温暖舒適。對親子旅遊來説太便捷了。

三室開兩室，房間夠大，夠亮，小區環境好，離高鐵站一站地，公交方便，周邊的興洛湖公園可以逛逛。屋內設施有點舊，可以做飯，衞生間乾濕分離，但需要改進衞生。
