酒店位置好，門口就是地鐵站和公交站，到各個景點都可直達，去龍門石窟打車7元錢。房間乾淨整潔，無異味還放了薰香味道很好聞，床墊也很舒適。遙控器都是消毒並加密封袋，還有電動牙刷和小木梳。房間裏的桶裝水、礦泉水和茶飲都是免費的，每天還送水果、酸奶和小零食。服務更是超棒！禮貌周到熱情，入住當天我們剛到大門口，大堂服務員就到門外迎接，搶着幫我們拿行李，帶我們到前台辦手續，前台小姐姐給我們紅棗薑糖水，每個身份證還給加上塑料套，客房主管格子知道我們要去爬山還帶着長者給我們找了登山棍，回來還給了泡腳盆和料包、消毒浴巾和搓澡巾，退房還給了洛陽的牡丹鮮花餅。感謝頤君酒店及所有員工，你們細緻入微的服務讓我們愛上了洛陽這座城市，再來洛陽一定還住頤君酒店。

淋浴間的花灑水非常非常小…頭髮都沾不濕，洗個頭洗了快半小時，洗手枱的水龍頭跟尿不盡一樣，關完要過四五秒才會關上，最煩的就是窗簾不遮光，早上五點多被亮醒，果斷退房換酒店。服務態度還行但是設施真的太差了，淋浴間的沐浴露都是什麼廣州生產的雜牌沐浴露還寫很多阿拉伯文裝洋玩意，，洗完澡身上滑溜溜的超級難受，淋浴間的地板也是黃黃的跟被尿液泡過一樣，所有的用品都是小作坊生產的，那個電動牙刷都是用塑料廢料製作的，刷一下震得腦袋疼。還用藍月亮的洗手液罐子裝的雜牌的綠不拉幾的雜牌洗手液。

為了牡丹來到洛陽，有了一次温馨的入住體驗。酒店的邊上就有地鐵站，出行非常方便。工作人員的服務很到位，從領班到普通的員工都很盡業，讓人有家的感覺。一樓的餐廳很贊，真的是五星的味道，三星的價格。

非常美好的一次住宿體驗。酒店服務熱情周到細緻，一到大堂，大堂經理馬上送上一杯熱熱的牡丹花茶，並很快幫我們辦好入住手續，她還親自幫我們拎着行李把我們送到房間並詳細介紹各種設施及酒店的各種服務，大堂經理給人的感覺特別的好，美麗大方，親切有禮，我們每次出入遠遠的她都會給我們打招呼，總是叮囑我們有任何要求隨時找她。前台美麗的小妹妹也很好，耐心細緻為我們介紹出行遊玩交通等問題。 酒店為住客準備了純凈水免費隨便取用，護膚洗漱用品很好用，電動牙刷（我們原以為是一次性的結果每天都有補充新的），木梳，馬桶墊，一次性浴巾面巾都很好用。還有每天的一大碟的水果（有蘋果香蕉桔子）和小零食（每天不同），特別讚的是晚上9點送來每人一碗的紅棗枸杞蘋果銀耳羹，軟糯香濃，還有泡腳中葯包給遊玩一天的我們解泛助眠，還有香沈的功夫茶以及自助洗衣房，生活帶來許多樂趣和便利。 酒店位置極佳，離2號線八里堂地鐵站僅170米，一個站就到龍門高鐵站，離關林，龍門石窟，隋唐植物園，國花園等也非常近。這也是我們訂這家酒店的一個重點選擇。電梯按鈕榜2張醒目地圖標明瞭周圍景點的距離。幾個客房的美麗的小妹妹郭敏，李鈴，娟娟，格子服務熱情周到，每次出見到是笑臉相迎，問好，還會在房間裏留下温馨的小紙條以及他們的聯繫方式，提醒我們隨時可以聯繫他們。. 房間舒適，有乾淨，寬敞，有40平米。 臨走還送了我們伴手禮，酒店價格適中，早餐不錯，其它餐食也不錯，特別推薦羊肉湯，丸子湯，牛肉餅，物美價廉。下次還會來，也會推薦朋友來。
