Before moving in, I didn't expect the room to be so cute and warm, and the wood looked so comfortable. The facilities are very complete, and there are residential houses outside the window. It is very peaceful and poetic. Parking is very convenient and there is a shed when it snows. Definitely the most amazing and comfortable hotel along the way.

軟件：
1⃣️前台去參加婚禮吃席，讓不會入職登記的員工在前台！——擅離職守
安排頂頭房間，提出換房間，回覆不能換，其他都安排好了，都滿了，説讓我們等半小時！
我巡視一圈，空的標間至少有4-5間，空房都開着門！
解決方案很多，如果不會電腦操作登記，也可以先手動記錄，等前台回來再操作，居然讓客户等半小時！！！！
2⃣️晚上沒熱水，11點多還修不好，國慶旅遊旺季，甘南温度也低的，這個基本需求都無法達標，而且攜程介入溝通，都沒有好！！
3⃣️沒有礦泉水，大桶桶裝水？？？
唯一幸苦的大概就是那位保安大哥了，
提行李，維修，早上看到他也在打掃房間….
