酒店位置優越，交通便利，距離武功山景點大約40分鐘路程，設施齊全，房間乾淨整潔，前台服務人員態度好，整體來説 很是滿意的入住很舒適，住宿環境也不錯，我個人非常喜歡的，如果有考慮來武功山玩玩的小夥伴們可以入住這裏喲，玩完了美美睡一覺特別解乏[呲牙]！！！

前台服務熱情，進門就禮貌問好，客房房間乾淨整潔,淋浴舒服水流大並且熱水來得快,有免費停車場，床墊是慕斯床墊睡覺好真的舒服，下面就是漫時區吃什麼，玩什麼都很方便，交通便利，離武功山近出行都很方便，早餐也很好，下次來蘆溪還住這！！！

朋友從武功山下來，要求我到蘆溪最熱鬧最繁華的地方給她訂個房間，好方便她帶小朋友吃喝玩樂，接她到酒店，是從河邊的觀光電梯上來的，小朋友一進酒店大廳就開心的跟小熊拍照，酒店大廳很有特色，前台入住辦理很快，看朋友帶了小朋友，剛好空出一個雙床房就給升級了房型，很贊！進入房間也有驚喜，房間居然帶了一個很大的陽台，配了落地衣架可以晾曬清洗好的衣服，一詢問酒店還有免費自助洗衣真是給朋友樂壞了，一大包濕衣服的問題就解決了，一切都是剛剛好！樓下沿河夜景很美，散步的唱歌的跳廣場舞的真是熱鬧，帶小朋友在一樓坐了小火車和玩了蹦蹦床，順便在一樓吃了宵夜，有小朋友愛吃的正新雞排和朋友喜歡吃的黑色經典臭豆腐……早上早餐小朋友是免費的，餐廳雖小，品種還是很多的，淮山排骨湯，萍鄉話的米古，炒粉都很好吃！衞生間還配有免費的一次性馬桶套，床品也很舒服，床墊居然是慕斯床墊，真是沒想到，看起來一家這麼小的經濟型酒店居然有這麼大投資，設施，環境，衞生，服務真的都很贊！超值！

前台服務熱情，笑容甜美，客房房間乾淨,洗澡舒服，水流大並且熱水來得快秒到,有免費停車服務，慕斯床墊好睡覺，真的舒服，樓下的袁河風景很美，早晚散步很方便，小姐姐推薦的萍鄉花蝴蝶和網紅雞腳都很好吃！

酒店員工服務很不錯，陳設佈局都很舒服，還是蠻有格調的。前台小姐姐笑容甜美，熱情的幫我升級了江景房型，房間衞生乾淨，熱水水流和温度都很OK不需要總調試，床上用品也很舒適，晚上到樓下散步涼爽的江風迎面吹來，真是舒服極了……原以為樓下這麼熱鬧非凡還以為會很吵，結果晚上睡覺窗户一關安靜的很，早上起來用早餐發現餐廳雖小，但是早餐品種還是挺多味道也挺不錯的。關鍵酒店位置在當地的中心地帶，出行遊玩方便，商場購物，餐廳用餐樓下就有商超和餐廳小吃店，值得推薦！

我衹能説臟亂差，大家避雷！！！欺騙消費者、衞生不行、服務態度惡劣、前台態度不好、員工責任推諉、員工工作粗心、酒店管理很差。倒黴死了，真的太差強人意了！！！
首先是最讓人不能接受的，欺騙消費者！！！酒店前台沒有經過顧客允許自動降級我的房型還對我説是升級了？！有沒有麻將桌不是很直觀嗎，怎麼敢呢？還一直推卸説是辦理入住的人是個新來的？員工培訓都不做好怎麼上崗的？如果我沒發現是不是就應該受這個罪踩這個坑？
出來旅遊真的是開眼了，要不是我自己家也是做酒店的，要不是我知道後台操控方式，真是要被你們蒙上了！？欺騙消費者怎麼敢的啊？這麼大個酒店，員工連房態都不會做嗎，不會做還上崗？酒店怎麼管理的？
其次，前台態度惡劣，一直推卸責任，説都是新來的問題？聯繫經理的時候還説這件事情被顧客發現了現在要退差價？被發現了？合著酒店經理是知曉的？覺得外地來旅遊的顧客就是待宰的羔羊隨便坑宰？平台看實際差價87最後也衹退了57的差價，醉了，我都沒找你們要補償。
這些就算了，衞生也很差，房間不大，進去的時候衞生都沒打掃好，地面很濕，房間裏連吹風機都沒有放，爬完山洗完澡還要涼着頭等你們去找吹風機？
衞生真的噁心，而且居然有個方圈貼紙在床單上貼着，住這麼多酒店沒遇到過這種，睡的時候硌到我了才發現，真的噁心到我了，床單被套真的一客一換？
倒黴，遇到你們這種酒店也是真的醉了，真是噁心。
