Very average hotel with average service however the concierge service was better than most areas of the hotel. Breakfast quality and selections were not up to other Hilton hotels’ standards. Overall hotel facilities were old and need renovations. The good point of this hotel was the pool area and pool cafe were memorable and with a nice atmosphere.

The facility and rooms were clean and we had a comfortable stay. The view of the Nile from the pool was also great, especially at sunset! It's a little far from the center of Luxor, but the reception was able to call a taxi for us right away and the price was fixed, so it wasn't too inconvenient.

The hotel on the Nile River really has a strong sense of vacation. Although the location is not in the downtown area, it is very quiet and very close to the newly opened bridge across the river. It is very convenient to visit attractions on the west bank. Overall, it is good.

We agreed to check in at 2pm, but we had to wait for an hour for a room, and the originally designated room was no longer available. The hotel environment is still very good. The hotel as a whole is very bad 👎 For a chain hotel that costs 2,500 yuan a night, I assume that it should have a stable and international standard, but this hotel does not have it at all. It may be the highest price in Luxor, but it is the worst in the same price range in Egypt of a family. First of all, the size of the room is very small. There is only room for a king-size bed with a view of the Nile River. The air conditioner in the hotel is usually like the engine of an airplane, and it roars continuously.
