The river view room offers a spacious view of the hot air balloons across the river, even though it was foggy that day. We also received a complimentary fruit platter upon check-in, and the front desk staff was very warm and attentive.

The hotel has an excellent location, less than 2km from Luxor Temple. You can see the Valley of the Kings and hot air balloons in the early morning from across the river. The room is spacious and the service is good.

Facilities: Well-equipped. Although the style is a bit old, it's very well-maintained. Cleanliness: Spotless and tidy. Environment: Offers views of the Nile. Both the night view and hot air balloons can be seen from the balcony. Upon checking in, we discovered this was the same hotel our delegation stayed at. Service: The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic, proactively introducing the room and arranging for us to have a room one floor higher for a better view. Since there were three of us and no king beds available, they kindly added an extra bed. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Luxor.

The hotel feels a bit dated, but it definitely lives up to its five-star standard. The location is super convenient for getting around. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful! Breakfast was nothing special, and not particularly cheap either.

Fantastic hotel! We even got upgraded to a partial river view room. Although it's an older property, it's very well-maintained and right on the Nile. The location is also convenient. I'll definitely book this hotel again when I visit Luxor.

It's really outdated; it feels like the facilities haven't been updated since last century. After showering, the bathroom floor would be soaked. The staff also seemed noticeably insufficient, as calls for assistance often went unanswered. There was construction outside, which was quite noisy. Overall, it felt like a quarantine hotel during the pandemic. The only upside was the view of the Nile River.

This place is crazy good! The room is beautiful and clean as well as the staff are helpful. They also prepared the birthday cake surprised up on the request for my husband birthday. Don't miss this place if you come to Luxor!
