雖然說網站上對此飯店的評論不是太好，但我親身經驗後覺得，也沒有那麼差啦！至少前台的服務親切，這很重要呢！
如果夏天時要來參与熱氣球嘉年華的話，倒是可以考慮一下入住，離鹿野高台好近呢！

櫃台服務人員服務態度很差,還跟我們說他是飯店中最小的,兩個大人兩個小孩住在兩個雙人床的套房中,照片裡面明明有4顆枕頭,居然只願意給兩個枕頭,要個枕頭也不願意給,直到我們要求退費不住了,才願意給枕頭了！枕頭很髒有污漬有照片,大廳的角落都看得到蜘蛛絲,美好的假期變得心情很差！下次再不會去住了！trip平台也該審核一下合作廠商！真的非常失望！

乾淨衛生，環境清幽，位在居民區之間。停車方便，距離鎮上開車10分鐘，飯店門口就有美味的早餐店，距離鹿野高台7公里。是熱汽球嘉年華的好住處。周圍環境清幽適合散步慢跑！下次帶家人一起來多住兩天！

出乎意料的好，這種價位的房間很不錯，服務態度很好，離熱氣球活動地點不遠，不過還是要開車，因為地點是在山頂上，很大的一棟有歷史味道的酒店，性價比很高的一次住宿。

去看熱氣球嘉年華時入住，後面有停車場，大廳有許多文藝擺設，整體環境還可以，但畢竟在山區蚊蟲有點多，房間設施有符合他的價位，整體還可以

感覺是有點年代的老飯店，但一樓大廳復古的裝潢，個人覺得是很漂亮也很有風格！疫情關係，早上的早餐是簡單的紅茶、漢堡、雞塊和熱狗拿到房間享用。離鹿野高台算近～

沒什麼評論的飯店本來有點擔心
但櫃檯人員親切，電視不會設定馬上幫我們處理，雖然是有點復古的飯店但看得出來老闆把錢花在讓旅客體驗更舒服的地方，房間內床墊 棉被 冰箱 浴室馬桶 洗臉台 淋浴蓮蓬頭都有更新（但水壓有點小）
床頭位子有插座，對於呼吸中止症需要使用呼吸器的旅客來說超級重要的，超棒的，雖然沒有早餐附近也有早餐店可以吃
看完熱氣球或是來看熱氣球在這邊住宿真的很近！算是值得推薦
