地處交通要塞之地，十字路口，房間設施智能，服務早餐等的都很好，就是大車太多，車來車往，喇叭聲不絕於耳。住在7樓，都噪音很大，沒睡好。建議酒店換三層以上隔音窗户，否則沒法兒住。

住的很舒服，房間衞生很乾凈，洗澡熱水估計兩三秒吧，並且花灑水很大。辦入住的工作人員也好説話，提醒了空調還有退房時間很專業，第二天因為事情一點多才忙完，前台還免了一個小時的超時費很貼心。以後如果來的話還住這裏。

經常在外面出差，這次來到鹿邑，這家酒店給我印象挺深刻的，首先位置很好找，停車場也很方便，也不用掃碼收費，來到大廳辦理入住時，前台小姑娘服務很好，耐心給我講解了入住須知。客房打掃很乾凈，服務也很好，設備設施都是智能化的。馬桶居然是全自動的，這點很驚喜。早餐也很豐盛，而且正好也趕上了當地的特色美食：金蟬。總之一句話，對於經常出差的我來説，這家酒店真的很值得入住，強烈推薦入住。

住的第三天，半夜了 被各種噪聲吵的睡不着，路邊大貨車的聲音應該能達到70分貝，鄰路的一半客房噪音測試都不會合格。隔壁房間的麻將機聲音轟隆隆不停，前兩天太疲憊都睡著了，歇過來勁兒正常睡眠根本無法入睡。
🍃環境：出高價訂不鄰路的還可以，但這麼大噪音的房間也不值兩百

不是第一次選擇維也納了，來前台辦理入住的時候，發現定錯了房型，本來想着補差價換一下房間，前台小姐姐特別照顧，免費更換了房型，特別特別好，選擇維也納，不僅是因為它優雅的環境，乾淨的衞生，方便的地理位置，隔音效果特別好，更是因為他們親切温馨的服務態度，會提醒夏天點上蚊香液，睡覺關好門窗，出門戴口罩等，在這裏住，真的有種説不出的温暖。
