The bath towel had hair on it and was a bit hard and had holes and something oily. The quilt had a smell and was a bit itchy when sleeping. I don't know if it was disinfected. The bathroom light was too bright and it was uncomfortable to use my phone. I won't come here next time on a business trip.

I've always stayed at this hotel. The front desk lady was very kind and helpful. She spent a lot of time trying to get me a quieter room. I'm very grateful to her. The hotel is still as good as ever. If you go late, parking at the door is a bit tight, but there are security guards to help, so it still feels good.
