The hotel has good facilities, with day-to-day maintenance and comfortable rooms. The staff's constant concern about cleaning and other services in general, such as reception, recreation and service in bars and restaurants, is perceived. It deserves to emphasise the high quality of gastronomy - for me the strongest point of the establishment.

The suite we stayed was off sea!!! Very spacious and comfortable a unique landscape of the sea, something of cinema. Location is excellent!!! Breakfast very good. Educated staff ... are all of congratulations!!!

I am shocked about the high rating of this hotel. Here are a couple items that made this a location i would not recommend: - minimal signage: Having arrived at 7 on a Wednesday it was difficult to determine where to eat and little direction was provided. There was limited signage to know where to go or what time things opened. - Towel exchange at front desk: this must be difficult to manage during the high season and the desk struggled to do this while also tending to other guests. This might be better served out by the pool area. - Tissue squares for the toilet use: I have traveled quite a few countries and understand that restroom offerings vary from place to place, however the incredibly thin single ply individual squares from the dispenser to be used by the toilet did not make for a comfortable experience. I did not see this duplicated at other establishments in the area. - Paper to charge to room: walking around with a paper while hanging out at a pool vacation was difficult. It would be great to see a process where either this paper is a card or it can be linked to your room to assist with charging when ordering by the pool. - Location not ideal: if staying if the vicinity I suggest going closer to Ponte Verde. It is walkable with a bustling array of locations to eat at, however if you are looking for a more calm affair and don’t mind taking a ride share for your meals then you will be fine. - the pool is great: the pool was the best part of the hotel. Well shaded, large enough and well maintained.

I loved everything and everyone. The catering, breakfast staff, receptionists, security, all a love! Super educated and attentive. A special thank you to the receptionists Beatriz and Igor who since we arrived have been super nice with me and my sister! I'm looking forward to return! Thank you!

The hotel is well located right in front of the beach. There many restaurants within walking distance. The area is safe. Rooms are modern and clean. Wifi works well. Breakfast at the terrace with an amazing view is real (what you see in the pictures) Service is ok. Price is competitive. Ask for a room with ocean view even if more expensive.

The hotel has been very well-ready to our expectations. wide and comfortable rooms. All clean corridors. Staff are exceptional! You need to improve the process and check-in space, as well as the breakfast area seemed small for the hotel size, but I would certainly host again.

It was my first time in Maceió and I can say it was worth it. The team was excellent, a wonderful breakfast, and it was close to a variety of things (drugs, restaurants and the beach). The hotel was very comfortable and was very comfortable and was very comfortable.

Inicialmente somos bem recepcionados, mas, a medida que vamos para os quartos os problemas passam a acontecer, uma porta com a trava disparando alarme sem cessar, ar condicionado sem funcionar, duchinha no banheiro quebrada e enferrujada, toalhas grossas e bem gastas, movéis velhos e ultrapassados, má conservação das áreas comuns, as paredes descascando, elevadores com problemas, piscinas bem sujas, tanto a do Aqua park como a do hotel. Os funcionários se esforçam muito, correm de um lado para o outro para resolver os problemas, mas, a estrutura do hotel não vale o preço cobrado. E é um hotel espaçoso, com bons tamanhos, tem copa e passadoria, mas, muito mal cuidado e conservado. O café da manhã é muito bom, bem organizado, comidas regionais. No carnaval eles colocaram orquestra, animadores, mas, a estrutura compromete muito.
