"Not a great experience, considering price. Check in and out experience needs to be improved, 20-30 mins for both with many questions asked like "what country are you from?, please write your emails and details by hand" - even though they had just scanned our passports and have all details from Trip.com. Tennis is meant to be included but if you don't bring your own racket, rentals cost $30, for very bad quality ones. No cleaning service all day so we just asked for new towels at 6pm. One of the restaurants is open only few days of the week. Limited pool seating even in off season, can't imagine the fight for seats in peak season. Opened bottles left in mini bar when checked in, got charged for these. Run down and dated facilities."

I went with my family, everyone loved it, there is a small, super heated pool (great for cold days) and the other pools are very good. The recreation was also very good and the prices are not that expensive. There were even people who were not staying at the resort, but went to the restaurants because of the cost-benefit."
