The only redeeming thing I can say about this place was the check-in lady was so friendly. From there it was all down hill. The rooms were run down and dark. It took 5 minutes to get hot water. Wifi was extremely slow with disconnects. And the clientele reminded me of a no tell-motel. The lobby CLOSES between 11:00pm and 6:00am. If a taxi picks you up during that time you have to carry your luggage around the building in the parking lot to the entrance door in freezing weather.

Very Good

My experience has been pleasant since I've arrived. There's a certain staff member that works front desk & she has been nothing but amazing to us. No breakfast tho which is a bummer since it claims we are paying for that luxury..

I like this place but they always put me in the back where the interstate is just across the parking lot so it’s very noisy. I think I would rather pay a few dollars more and stay somewhere else

We had a horrible experience at this Super 8 location. We checked in at 11:55pm after a long day of traveling and delays to a room that was filthy and uninhabitable. The first thing we noticed was the terrible odor. I'm unsure what the duct tape on the discolored portion of the wall in the closet is, but it looked unprofessional. The tile floor was cracked in the bathroom and the bathtub was dirty and stained. I'm afraid of what a black light would've revealed on the bed because what was apparent was disgusting. The sheets were stained with green spots and the comforter was stained with black splotches. The bed spring was also badly stained and had no sheets or bed skirt around it. The gray and white striped curtains were stained. The front door was dirty as well as the walls next to it. We felt unsafe to stay in the unsanitary room for even one night. We immediately found other accommodations after being told by Kobe we would have to wait until the next day to speak to a manager. I have tried multiple times to speak with the property manager and my calls have been ignored. When we finally got through to the corporate office regarding the stay and asked for a refund because we checked in and immediately checked out. Their response was because we did not cancel the reservation outside of 24 hours prior to the stay we forfeited two of the three-night stay. We didn’t know that the rooms were going to be so disgusting before check out because online the pictures show it to be very clean.

Room was clean for most part and was tastefully decorated. Really liked the colors and curtains. Could tell they were working on rooms and hallways. But looking up on higher trim it was dirty. Bed was hard and pillows flat but clean. Check in was great - guy was so nice and helpful! Peek hole in room had kleenex in it and only chair in room had the back hanging sideways off it. There was no breakfast - just granola bars. Good for a cheap room if you have to spend night in town but not for a vacation.

Very dirty building, hallway, not cleaned, full cigarette butts, beer bottles, dirt. Room was heavily bleached. Gave us headaches, bad sleep due to the bleach. TV would not work with the remote or the cable box. But the hotel did resolve that problem.

Worst stay ever. I know the old added you pay for what you get, but this place was absolutely nasty and when I complained about it, they said I was rude. They told me I could no longer stay there again. I just don’t understand why but you’ll see in the pictures.

I generally take negative reviews with a large grain of salt. Some folks will find things to be unhappy about no matter where they go, and some just like to complain. That is not the case here. The negative reviews are justified. Believe them. I am not picky about lodging. All I require is a clean, safe room. I'm only there to shower and sleep. I don't mind an older facility that's showing wear, or a bit of noise, as long as it's clean and safe. All this to say that I don't have very high standards for lodging, and this place still failed to meet them. We arrived around 9:30-10pm and waited at least 15 minutes for someone to show up to check us in. The check in area is a glassed in window just inside the entrance (see photo). Very strange. They do have a normal front desk and lobby but they are secured - you can't access it without a room key. So it seems they feel extra security is necessary for the lobby area, but we didn't need a room key to access the elevators or room hallways, so extra security isn't necessary in the guest area? That was disconcerting. The room was terrible. The chair was dirty and stained. The floors were so dirty that the bottom of my feet were getting black after walking around barefoot for just a few minutes (that was the only place I walked barefoot all day). The shower wasn't clean. We wished we'd brought shower shoes. The sink had some kind of a clog - it drained very, very slowly. The mattress and bedding were dirty/stained. And worst of all, there was evidence of bugs in the bed, like between the sheets. Unsure whether they were bedbugs. I suspect not, but we will be monitoring for bites just in case. We ended up running to Walmart just before they closed to buy our own bedding, which we put over the top of the hotel's bedding, because I wanted as many layers between me and that mattress as possible. (We didn't ask for a new room because they were sold out, and even if they did have another room, who's to say it would be any better, and we wanted to buy new bedding before everything closed and that wasn't even an option any more). If there had been other rooms available in town, we would have asked for a refund and left, there was nothing else available. Aside from the main lobby, which was fairly clean, the common areas weren't any better than the room. Floors in the hallways and elevator looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. There was a sign asking us not to pile trash on the floor??? This was right next to a trash can, so I can only assume it's because the trash can was not emptied regularly. Why else would it be an issue? And the pool. Oh wow, the pool. (see picture) To be fair, I assume it wasn't open for the season yet. In WI, mid-May is kind of early for outdoor swimming, so that's understandable. But it had not been emptied or covered or apparently maintained in any way during the off season. It was a green, scummy, disgusting mess. You couldn't see more than a few inches down. I cannot imagin

Friendly staff but that was it. Dirty clothes lined the steps along with a few needles and cigarette butts. Room had dirty walls and the bedding was stained. We stayed about 30 seconds before booking another hotel.

Horrible place. The rooms are trashy, with stains in the carpet, on the walls, and ceilings. The curtains don't close all the way and the lock on my room didn't work properly. There is not breakfast, it's coffee, juice if the machine works and bananas.

It was very dirty, smelled awful, and was not worth the cheap price. The window in our room did not close all the way, there was mold around the window, and the room had a terrible stale smoke. old, musty smell.

I have never stayed at such an unclean, unkept, smelly, unsanitary property ever. To say the least our experience was horrible. After getting in our room we left 30 minutes after and drove the 2 hours home. The carpet was filthy, there were stains on the comforter, it smelled like everyone smoked cigarettes in the entire hotel. The window wasn’t even sealed. You could move the whole entire window. The mold and water damage and noise coming from the ac unit was just unbearable. I was extremely disappointed.
