The apartment was great, clean, beds were comfortable, well appointed. The staff was helpful and let us check in early since the apartment was clean. By bad luck there was construction in front of the building and they were noisy and started to work very early. O there than that the area is quiet but near all the main attractions downtown Madrid.

My family had stayed at the property a couple of times in the past. It's an amazing location and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. However it seems that service and the condition of the place as a whole have deteriorated a little since we last stayed 2 years ago. Another thing we found quite annoying was being informed that we would have to pay extra for a refil of shampoo/conditioner and dish washer detergent (only one tablet was provided for a 5-day stay as well as only one little bottle of shampoo/conditioner).

The property was clean and service was good but I had a family emergency and had to leave the property two days early and they would not issue a refund. I was told by management that they would contact ******* because that is who had the change conditions. The next night I booked a room at a La Quinta in Euliss, TX and the local phone number was not on the confirmation email which made it very difficult to contact the property for a shuttle. I will never use ******* again for these reasons.

Great location near Plaza Espana with Sala Temple flamenco just around the corner, which is a MUST. Local mini market and supermarket, nice local cafe with gorgeous cakes and pastries. 5 minute walk to the Palace and a nice walk opposite to an Egyptian Temple. Very happy with the service and staff, excellent apartment choice.

The property is clean and the staff is very helpful. The amenities are as advertised. The beds are very comfortable and bedrooms are big.

The location was the only positive thing about this hotel/apartment. When I checked in, I was shocked to find out daily cleaning is not included. I have stayed at several locations throughout Spain and none of them charge extra for daily cleaning, whats more absurd is this Madrid hotel was the most expensive of all. Toilet was not clean, there were lots of stains on the bathroom door, closet doors. Bedding was dirty, and I don’t even want to talk about the filthy living room sofa. I do not recommend staying at this hotel, there are better options.

Excellent Apt/hotel steps from royal palace, plaza Madrona and shopping galore at la Gran Via. No amenities but ample space, good bathrooms and kitchen. Will book again.

We loved this hotel which was actually a one bedroom condo with a full kitchen. We wore located in a wonderful area of town. Great important scenes. One of our favorite lodging places on our 18 day Europe trip.
