There was a strange smell in the room, like foot odor, it felt like it was on the carpet. But with heating and hot air conditioning, it's still nice. By the way, you can't go to the rooftop pool, don't be fooled by the pictures.

Very clean and quiet hotel in the heart of Madrid, steps from all the spots on Gran Vía, theatres, the Metro, etc. Central location perfect for exploring the city.

Staff, hotel location, accommodations was great. Hotel was spotless, do recommend it try both Lobby and Sky Bars. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The only regret is that I would not be able to stay there on my next trip because it was fully booked for February, however looking forward to go stay there soon.

This was a very luxurious and wonderful stay. Very comfortable bed, accommodating staff. This was a deal for the stay, I felt like I got a deal to stay here as it was such a great place. The breakfast is wonderful.
