Except for the poor soundproofing, everything is quite good. The front desk clerk was very nice and even helped us call to make a restaurant reservation. The hotel address is also very convenient, close to the main square and many restaurants.

Book this hotel for my family, they made a stopover in Madrid and the location is perfect for getting to know the center of the city quickly. I would choose it again

The hostel was very centrally located. The furnishing of the room and the cleanliness were very good. A disadvantage is the great clairaudience. Unfortunately, we heard a lot from the other guests, which robbed us of our sleep a little on the first night. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Everything was very uncomplicated and we were able to store our luggage.

September 2022 - Room size normal, very clean, 24-hour reception and friendly staff. Excellent location in the city with many shops and supermarkets in the area, it is possible to reach the real center of Madrid in a very short time. Good price.

Great place to stay! Clean, centrally located, very close to the Metro, simple and very pleasnt, comfortable room and bed. The refrigerator was a nice detail as was the wifi. My room overlooked the patio, so was quiet. The staff is amazingly gracious and helpful!! I stayed here my last nights after a month in Spain and it was the perfect end to a wonderful trip.

Excelente hostal, nos hospedamos con una amiga, la limpieza impecable, los empleados de recepción super amables y serviciales, la ubicación es increíble, en la esquina tenes el metro (estación tirso de molina) que nos conecta a solo 3 estaciones con Atocha, esta a 300 metros de la plaza mayor y a 400 de puerta del sol, INCREÍBLE!! Lo supe recomiendo

L’hôtel est idéalement situé à Madrid : tout proche du métro, même si tout est accessible à pieds depuis l’hôtel. Au 2e étage d’un bâtiment typique de Madrid, son accès est très charmant. Les chambres sont très neuves, pas très décorées mais tout y est. Propreté impeccable, literie un peu dure à mon goût. Personnel sympa et souriant. Seul point négatif : l’isolation, comme souvent en Espagne, la nuit peut être un peu bruyant.

Excelente relación calidad-precio. Tiene una situación estupenda, muy céntrica y cerca de comercios, cafeterías y estación de metro, Tirso De Molina. Nuestra habitación era pequeña pero muy completa y acogedora, incluso tiene un mini frigorífico -lo cual no es habitual- para uso de los huéspedes. Estaba todo muy limpio y cuidado. El personal muy amable y servicial. Son encantadoras y se volcaron al máximo para que todo fuera genial, sin duda, cuando volvamos a Madrid nos alojaremos allí. Llegamos sobre las 8:30 de la mañana y nos recogieron el equipaje aunque el checking lo hicimos por la noche, cuando regresamos de pasar el día por Madrid, y sin ningún problema.

Totalmente recomendable , tanto el personal , la limpieza y la ubicación muy bien , a mejorar seria la insonoridad de las habitaciones que dan a la calle pues se oye mucho el ruido de coches y personas que pasan por ella sobre todo por la noche se hace dificil dormir .

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questa struttura per 4 giorni, tutto perfetto. Posizione impareggiabile, cortesia e gentilezza da parte di tutti i collaboratori, pulizia impeccabile e prezzo molto concorrenziale. Assolutamente consigliato.

Nous y avons passé une nuit! Le personnel est chaleureux , serviable et accueillant, ça fait plaisir. Les chambres sont bien aménagées et la literie est de qualité. Le rapport qualité/prix est au rendez vous. Je le recommande sans hésitation pour un passage de quelques nuits. .

Come intuibile dal titolo all'arrivo non si ha l'impressione di entrare in un hotel, ma di entrare a casa di qualcuno. Albergo molto comodo per chi come noi usa la camera come punto di appoggio per lasciare le valigie e rientrare a tarda serata per dormire, infatti la struttura risulta essere molto comoda per raggiungere la stazione della Metro Tirso de Molina e all'angolo si trova un supermercato aperto 24ore su 24 che permette di organizzarsi con cibo e bevande per tutta la durata del soggiorno. La camera con vista su cortile interno risulta silenziosa. Camera pulita.
