Mola Suites

Durante todo el primer día de estancia el calor en el apartamento era insoportable, literalmente no se podía estar. Viajamos con dos niñas pequeñas y tras explicar cómo estábamos, recibimos un trato muy poco profesional e incluso grosero por parte de MARIELA, la persona que nos atendió, quien en lugar de disculp**** y escuchar nuestra queja, lo cuestionaba todo, repetía como un disco rayado que no se podía quitar la calefacción tan solo porque un apartamento tuviera calor, etc etc .. y su única solución era abrir las ventanas del apartamento….en el mes de Enero durante la noche y con una recién nacida en el apartamento…. Lamentable. Por suerte a la mañana siguiente el técnico nos explicó cómo podíamos quitar la calefacción de manera muy sencilla. La poco educada y nada profesional MARIELA y el resto del equipo ni se disculparon ni nos compensaron con algún detalle después de las malas horas que pasamos en el apartamento sauna. Si quieren aloj**** en un lugar donde cuiden a sus huéspedes, este no es su sitio.

The only thing that i noticed instead of giving us double bed we were given 2 twin beds and also there is no dryer in our apartment. Location is excellent.

Check in was fairly simple. The front desk area was a bit off putting as they also service hostels there, which we were unaware of. The checkin area is also a bit dingy. The location is perfect though for a short stay. Our room was the economy one bedroom. Great large living room and good view from the balcony. The bathroom was functional but small. Good towels. Good kitchen equipment. The bedroom was fine but the bed was really hard, painful hard on the ribs. It was fine for one night. Also the room is very hollow so you can hear a lot of noise, however we didn't hear any noise from the adjacent hostel. I would stay here again for convenience on a stop over, but would maybe stay somewhere else for a longer stay.

Stayed in the 4-bed apartment for 3 nights for a hen do and had an excellent stay. The apartment is modern and spacious with comfortable beds, the kitchen is equipped and bathrooms are great with powerful showers. In terms of the location, you can’t get more central, it’s a 3-min walk to plaza major. The only constructive feedback I have is that the place needs more mirrors (we had 9 girls staying) and there needs to be little lamps in the living room as the lighting is quite harsh. There needs a few more bin bags and larger bin as it wasn’t enough for so many people. These are very small improvements, but would make the apartment perfect ☺️

My mother and my aunt, both in their 80s , enjoy the stay at Mola, they say beautiful people at front desk and excellent location

The apartment suite was fantastic, spacious and very cute. We had a perfect view of the plaza in front of us and we were walking distance from many tourist sites and bus stops. However, the wifi was terribly slow and there were several posters and flyers in the hotel with outdated information. Besides the poor communication, the unit was great.

It was okay at Mola! Suites but hotel.com really needs to state clearly that it is Mola! hostel and Suites. Check in was a bit chaotic with loud music blaring and we we were not told that the wifi on the 4th floor did not work until we spoke to someone the next day. The bed was not very comfortable and it was quite noisy from the street. The room itself was okay but only average.
