I had to stay in Madrid one nite so I didn’t want to spend too much, GREAT VALUE!! Renovated, very clean and neat, great WIFI, amazing location at one block from GRAN VIA … 500 mts from station to airport (around 1 hr) good AC my own shower n sink (only shared WC) new clean sheets and comfortable bed

Reserve en este hotel por la ubicación y porque en las reseñas decían que el personal era amable. Me quede solo una noche por trabajo (de este martes al miércoles) he tocado el timbre para entrar porque no tenía batería en el móvil y no sabía el código de memoria no me han abierto, insistí y un chico de cabello teñido rubio abrió la puerta me ha gritado: "no vas a entrar sino pones el código" ha cerrado la puerta en mi cara, no me dio tiempo de decirle nada. Por esto no lo recomiendo.
