This hotel is a completely scam. If you book the standard double room, which costs €200+, then congratulations. You will get a tiny narrow room (140sqf at best) with interior windows to the lift and corridor. The room is very noisy and you can hear your next door snoring. Maybe because the building itself is very old. Definitely the most bizarre DoubleTree I’ve ever stayed. Book the Deluxe room or AVOID this hotel if you can.

The room is clean, the location is very good, the main attractions are within walking distance, there are many choices of restaurants nearby, the hotel breakfast is okay, the service attitude is very good, this is the first time I have been to a poor hotel in Europe.

Hilton has always had a decent temperament, which is consistent with its price. There are no particularly bright spots or flaws. The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the train station, Prado Museum and pedestrian street. I will consider staying here next time I go there.
