We attended the Eras tour in Madrid and the receptionist, Antonio, was very helpful. The location is very good as well as it’s very near the metro. The hotel is very clean and with very good wi-fi (for all the videos of the concert) we were watching! We really enjoyed our stay and will come back to the hotel when in Madrid!

This was a great hotel! The service was top notch. The breakfast buffet was amazing and had so many varieties. Jennifer provided excellent service in the kitchen and even helped us when we spoke to her about our dietary restrictions. The front of the hotel needs better advertising so the taxi drivers are able to find the entrance.

Perfect hotel , everything was more than perfect , our holiday was a fantastic experience in this hotel, the stuff was perfect , very friendly , the rooms were so clean and comfortable. The receptionist (Elena ) was so nica , she helped us with directions , and receive us with a great smile. I recommend this hotel with 5 stars.

I've tried this chain before in Madrid and while I liked a lot my previous stays I was skeptical about the area this hotel is in, since it's quite a distance away from the city center. However after spending a few afternoons in Madrid's touristic area I was thankful to be out of that chaos and staying in a quiet neighborhood some 20min away in metro. The hotel is good, clean and well maintained, staff is friendly and always willing to help, breakfast is very good with some hot options and the usual Spanish meats, cheeses and pastries, very well made and with something for everyone. There are plenty of good places to eat around, the metro stations is 2min away, and there were several bus lines a short walk away too, and there was always taxis and ubers available. The only issue we had was the hot water in the shower was a bit inconsistent specially during the mornings, but that wasn't a big deal... I'd definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to stay again

Disappointing stay .. we booked this hotel for a 2 night stay in November having read some decent reviews. The rooms are quiet and the street below is quiet, however it’s difficult to write anything else positive regarding this hotel. There was an item of clothing, (a top) taken from my luggage in our hotel room, this was removed from my luggage bag when we were out the Saturday morning. It is now 3 months since our stay and the hotel has made little if no effort to rectify this unfortunate situation.

The hotel was lovely same the staff members. Clean room, brilliant breakfast. Close to shopping centre, metro station 2min. I can recommend this hotel to anyone. Kichen staff very nice girls. Antonio in reception very helpful same as the girls. Good location.

We stayed a lovely long weekend at the hotel. Helpful and friendly staff especially Jenny. Big room for a definitely affordable rate. Wide choice at the breakfast buffet. Great location close to metro. All around recommendable! Thanks for a great stay!
