This hotel is not customer friendly. Staff is rude. Breakfast spread is pathetic, somebody should teach them hospitality. Water is dropping on floor from ac. Bedsheets are dirty. I will never book this hotel again.

Hotel location is shopping street and also near to temple. Limited space for parking. Rooms are big and clean. Hospitality has to be improved lot. Breakfast was average. Staffs were helpful.

The place is neat. Food was really good especially complimentary breakfast. Of course the rooms are small. There is tv, ac working in good condition. Other facilities are just ok type.

It was a pathetic stay and i got very poor service from front office, they have charged rs. 860- extra for just 2 hours early check in and not provided be break fast on that date. Receiptionest was very rude and he is not even ready to listen our requirements

Walkable distance to railway station & main temple. Though, their restaurant was not functioning, good eateries nearby. No kettle provided. Rest all fine.

The rooms are decent and the food is amazing!! The hotel is very close to the madurai Meenakshi Amman temple and alagar temple. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are good. AC available in all rooms.

It's has a descent room, with good comfortable bed. Clean bathrooms. Value stay and don't expect a luxury stay. People here are very good and warm. As a woman solo traveller i can rely and stay at this hotel. It gives a sense of being at home.

Although situated in a very busy area, the hotel was well maintained and clean. The room was nice and all amenities were working well. I'll certainly stay there again.

3 days temple visiting in Madura in February 6th and reached night 12.30 , very nice person in front desk. good behavior. we stayed three days in this hotel. breakfast was good. and good persons in working this hotel. we request all the stay in this hotel when visiting Madura.Family front Hotel. good,Excellent PR Ajithkumar, Kozhikode

Good spacious rooms with good bathrooms. Centrally located hotel, Meenakshi temple at walking distance. Only short coming Breakfast was not upto mark. Even Tea was in short supply. Bread was finished during Breakfast. Rest every thing fine.

We took 2 rooms for my family for a night stay to go to meenakshi temple. The hotel is a bit over priced for the rooms. It is not luxury for the price. You can look for other hotels which have good rooms. They provided a complementary breakfast with only 5 dishes which was not worth it.

stay was absolutely amazing. staffs are cordial and provided excellent service. breakfast was really enjoyable. overall it is located near to bus stand rail station and the meenakshi aman temple.
