"The rooms in the hotel are clean and offer a comfortable bad as you would expect, however it let's itself down when it comes to the little things that make a difference. They offer a tea and coffee making facility but just 1 teabag and 1 sachet of coffee! We asked if we could have more as we both drink tea but was informed that that was our allocation and we would have to share the tea bag, also no tea spoons!! We had booked in for 3 days and not once were we offered any more. In the end we went out and brought our own tea and sugar, but really?!! That is poor service for a hotel charging this much. You know when you stay at some places and you come away feeling that the staff just couldn't do enough to make you feel welcome? The opposite was true for here I'm afraid. "

"The hotel is about 8km from the airport, and the roads are well-maintained with no traffic jams, so we arrived in no time. After haggling quite a bit, we got it for 450 rupees. The hotel is built in the middle of fields ***** a main road, and the field side is very quiet. If you don't like horns and car noise, choose the field side. You can also rest assured that there are no houses nearby to block out the noise of weddings that go on until late at night. So, there's nothing around, but my goal was a quiet hotel, and it was exactly what I wanted. Breakfast was neither good nor bad, but the clean colors and space made it a pleasant meal. The room amenities were just the essentials: a toothbrush and a razor, but there was nothing extravagant, and it was enough. The shower had good water pressure and volume. However, the sink was quite clogged, and the water wouldn't drain easily."

"Poor quality about everything you can think of. Right from the time you enter the place, you enter the room, you encounter poor quality, furniture, linen, bathrooms, AC, kitchen. We had to tell them to change the dirty pillow covers, no amenities in the bathroom, not even hand wash. It is so called service apartment, but they don’t even have any plates or cutlery. I have never experienced such kind of place, with utter unprofessional services. I really wonder how come they have been onboarded by various platforms. "
