"Sterling V Grand Madurai was a disappointing stay overall. The biggest issue is hygiene. The room was not properly cleaned, and the bathroom was visibly dirty, which immediately set a bad tone. The swimming pool was not operational due to no water, which was another letdown. The snooker table is only for display and not usable, so that’s misleading. The only positive takeaway is the staff. They were genuinely friendly and helpful. Sadly, good service alone cannot make up for poor cleanliness and non-functional amenities. Wouldn’t recommend unless major improvements are made."
