1. The disparity between the pictures and the actual experience at the hotel was significant, leading to discomfort and necessitating a room upgrade, which incurred an additional charge of 1500 inr on top of the original booking amount. 2. The swimming pool was non-operational throughout our stay due to maintenance. 3. The rooms and toilets were unhygienic and emitted unpleasant odors. 4. Room service staff refused to take away used plates unless requested at the reception. 5. When requesting a menu card (which was not provided in the room, the hotel staff suggested a brief overview over the phone, leading to discrepancies between available items and those mentioned. 6. Despite upgrading to a family room with two double beds, there was only one fan in the large bedroom. 7. The centralized ac stopped working in the middle of the night, causing discomfort for my 3-year-old child, wife, and mother-in-law before eventually restarting on its own. 8. The prices charged for the services provided were exorbitant considering the poor quality of service. I do not recommend this place.
