Sogo is a basic hotel with affordable prices, very friendly and hard staff. The room is relatively clean. It is located in the center, next to the Dau Bus Terminal, and very close to malls, fast food chains, banks, markets, churches, etc. It becomes very busy and it's common for people to wait in the lobby for the room that will be empty. Food can be ordered. One of the main problems is that WiFi is unreliable. Overall, a very good cheap hotel.

The location is convenient, close to SM Clark, and the condotel offers basic amenities. There’s a working telephone, though I wish the audio on the smart TV was functioning properly. The Wi-Fi is stable and fast, and the staff is accommodating.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for cleanliness, nice and accommodating staffs from front desk, housekeeping, guards and bellboys. Superb room and pool. I don't know about the previous review regarding the pool but when we went there water was crystal clear to think the place was packed they made sure it was clean and treated for the safety of their guests, there was a guy going around making sure it was always clean. I really really highly recommend this hotel due to their overall service and easy accessibility to SM Clark, LA Bakeshop (best cheese bread on earth) and other nice places in Angeles/Clark.

Once you emotionally and mentally accept that you're not staying at a Hilton resort, the Queens hotel is more than adequate to fit most of your needs. Paying in cash does provide a discount, so I would recommend to take advantage of the strong dollar and pay cash. They do expect a cash payment on arrival though. A reviewer did post that towels are worn and thin. This is true. I put my towel up to the light and I could see through it. Queen's should definitely buy higher quality towels. Rooms don't have a coffee maker, only two bottles of water. I've already learned from past experience the service and food at the restaurant downstairs is very bad (at least for breakfast) so I typically walk to Phillies or Envy. The refrigerator is filled with snack bar items, but I simply tell housekeeping to remove all the items and I fill up the fridge with my own items (water, soda, beer). My room did have toiletries such as toothbrush, razor, comb etc. I did get the room with the balcony overlooking the pool so maybe all the toiletries come with a certain type of room? Staff is very friendly and will greet you with a smile and call you by name.

The hotel caters to the travelers who are on a budget but gets value from the savings. Economy wise. The buffet is truly budget friendly. The food is relatively generous than getting fastfood from grab. Hotel is absolutely clean and the front desk speaks korean and japanese , surprisingly speaks to filipino guests in american slang. Will always come back.

Pros: Decent room size Clean room Decent wifi connection Location is good Some staffs are nice (NOTE: ”some” and that means only 2!) CONS: OKAY LET ME START HERE... So i have checked in late at night around 8pm and the guy who did my checked in was very nice. BUT, other than that there is nothing more to be happy about. Next day for checked out, woman knocked on my door. No good morning or friendly greeting but only told me it is time for check out. I kindly asked for a late check out since i checked in late prior that day but they hesitated and told me I have to pay extra charge and it's TOTALLY fine with me. Also, They don't even offer receipts for extra feed i paid. So I checked out and again asked the old man if they can consider and if i can stay in the room for like 15min something like that while waiting for my service but told me it's already 2pm and they need to clean the room. Lo and behold , the old woman just entered my room and attempted to clean WITHOUT ASKING ME IF IT'S ALREADY OKAY TO ENTER THE ROOM OR IF I HAVE VALUABLE THINGS THERE OR IF I AM ALREADY SETTLED! LASTLY NO ONE EVEN HELPED ME OR OFFER HELP TO CARRY MY THINGS. I AM A SOLO GUEST AND FYI i am girl and I HAVE ONE LUGGAGE AND A BIG CONSOLE WITH ME. I guess it's because im a Filipina so i was treated like this because if i am not alone and probably with someone foreign, THEY WILL BE NICER TO ME. lol! The hotel looks like a house BUT the feels? Totally the opposite!

They guided us and walk throughout until the end, from our presidential suite, food tasting, securities, and other amazing perks, everything went well and smoothly, no stress, whatever we asked they will make it work as much as possible. It was so easy to communicate with them even our wedding coordinator was also amazed how the chefs, managements and other hotel staff members were so professional, friendly and very accomodating. A year of preparation but it was definitely worth it, every moment we spent in Clark Marriott exceeded our expectations. The best part was every one of us enjoyed, and all our guests got positive feedbacks. We highly recommend Clark Marriott Hotel to celebrate your wedding, definitely more than 5 star for us. Everyone especially Gee , one of the staff who assisted and guide us here in Royce . She works 10pm - 6am shift and I can tell she has a golden heart and very welcoming to all the guests she encounters. I highly recommend her to be promoted because she’s a very hardworking, kindhearted and very driven .A big SHOUT OUT to ms. Gee . Thank you Royce hotel for making our stay feeling safe . Big rooms. Kids enjoyed the pool and playground. There is a duty free in the ground floor and of course, a ******.
