I was in Frankfurt for work and had booked 3 rooms, but when I arrived they told me that I would have to share the room with a colleague because they were fully booked. After my complaint they gave me the room I booked. The rooms are standard, but unlike all the other hotels I have been to, the tidying up and cleaning of the room is only upon request. Even changing towels, cleaning and bathing is done only on request. At the reception they told me that the service is not guaranteed anyway. The minibar is not in the room but in the hall. To get a bottle of water you have to go down to the hall and ask because there is no dispenser and the fridge is closed with a bicycle-style lock. Breakfast offers a good choice of savory foods, but a poor choice of sweets. The staff at the reception is very young and could use a kind, polite and experienced manager..... In short, if I pay for a 4 star hotel, I expect services and quality that I did not find at the Michel hotel. I won't go back. There are very poor 3 stars in German proportion. From outside draws like a broken house, inside decoration is also appropriate. When washing hands, the grip has triggered. Heating equipment available but doesn't work, so very cold nights can be picked up cold. Nice but very rectangular staff from East Block. Room phone sounds without grounds in midnight and it's not just once. Walls are so thin that you can hear all the small noises from outside and can't sleep through because of drunk guests. Then a staff member comes unsolicited 2 hours before the specified check-out time and asks to stand up what is not acceptable at all. It is an hotel like developing countries. For that, the bed was very good and hand+bathroom of some mass good. At last, everyone must know where to book.

A quite new house, very well located in Offenbach on the Berlin Street. The city centre and the weekly market at Wilhelmsplatz are to reach in 15 minutes walking distance. To highlight the house are the very nice and helpful Concierges. The only manco in the rooms is the bathroom with the quite self-consistent arrangement of the water hanes on the washing venue. There are the proportions of the armature not in line with the washing venue. This inevitably leads to the flood of the washing venue. A little strange is also that the parking lot with € 15. per day is very expensive.

The hotel Villa Stockum is not part of the hotel. The reception is obsessed over the day, but the staff is usually on the way, otherwise no one is there! Although there is a (!) service in the restaurant in which there is only breakfast, but the reception is only obsessed from 08.00 clock. Check out before is adventureful. Fortunately you can request the bill via email, with even more luck you get one. The service - if any - is unfriendly and unmotivated. The bar is closed, the restaurant is closed. Good that there are alternatives - Best Western is no longer!!!

Das neu eröffnete H+ Hotel in Eschborn liegt verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Mit den Öffis ist man mit der S4 schnell in Herzen von Frankfurt. Alles neu hier, freundliches Personal ( welches noch Lernen muss, wie man mit den Öffis nach Frankfurt kommt), warme Farben, chic eingerichtet, kleine, aber feine Zimmer mit tollen Betten, ein klasse Frühstück in angenehmer Atmosphäre, schöner Innenhof, hier kommt man gerne wieder her. Einziger Wermutstropfen: das Parken kostet 15 Euro die Nacht.

Work always takes you up to interesting destinations and this time around it was Germany. It seemed like a great stay next to the backyard river with a jogging and cycling track thrown in, had a wonderful time at this great small property with a mini gym and breakfast buffet thrown in. A special mention for the wonderful staff specially Violetta'bajraja' ( I hope I remember her name correctly)at the check in desk which welcomes everyone around with a smile and is always willing to walk the extra mile for the guests, all in all a good property with big rooms and comfortable stay, I wish all it's members a very best for the future endeavours cheers!

I stayed here for a couple of days while attending a course close by in Neu Isenburg. It is located in the middle of a business zone but very quiet. The room I was in was spacious and the bar/restaurant was modern. I’d definitely stay here again.

We were flying back to the UK from Frankfurt over the bank holiday weekend when our flight was cancelled. My other half found and booked this room as we had nowhere to stay. I can honestly say this is the best hotel we have stayed in. The lobby is beautiful and very impressive and the gentleman Viktor who served us could not have been more helpful. The place looks immaculate and very tastefully decorated, it's a very warm and inviting hotel. The room was lovely and the bed was easily the nicest I've ever slept in. The bathroom is also lovely and the shower is both hot and the pressure fantastic. We both ate here and enjoyed the food and drink very much. I told my boyfriend that this was the best hotel we've stayed in and to beat this one will take some doing. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at the hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was marred by the discovery of bed bugs on my last day. Despite this issue, I found the overall stay to be acceptable. The breakfast wuthin my expectations, but I believe the reception could improve. Coming back on bed bugs I urge the hotel to prioritise thorough inspections and preventive measures to ensure a pest free environment for guests.
