We booked Emaar Grand and our confirmation said so, which is a 4star hotel however upon checking in, we were told our hotel is across the road at their sister hotel called Emaar Manar. This was 2,3 start hotel. When I showed the confirmation and it clearly showed we had booked Emaar Grand they refused and told us to check in their sister hotel across the road. They said they were fully booked. This is disappointing as we booked months in advance for these dates.

Amazing stay Brother Ahmad and the sister at reception were both helpful. We got checked in at 4pm… as it was busy took slightly longer than usual. Room service was outstanding. Location is brilliant plenty food around. Would stay here again only 10min walk. Best hotel in area! Rate is 4 Star!!!

I enjoyed my stay as the room was spacious. Importantly the hotel is 10-15 minutes straight line walk to Masjid Haram. The Hotel is surrounded by beautiful shops for convenient travel gifts purchase.

The hotel is close to the Haram, located on Ibrahim Al-Khalil Street. The rooms need more attention, and the furnishings could use an update.

Excellent hotel in Ibrahim Khalil Road, 10 mins walk from Masjid Al Haram. If you want a good priced hotel for yourself and family, no thrills. This would be the one, can’t really fault it. Breakfast isn’t the best however does the job.
