nice rooms with good service

It was pleasant stay with maximum service. However, not all of the elevators were working due to some technical issues which make the move up and down from the room taking longer time. This can be understandable.

Unfortunately cleanliness wasn’t good, location not near to haram (although they have a shuttle bus). First, they gave me a room equipped for handicapped people, and when I asked why? They said it’s based on trip.com request! The room was annoying for me. When I refused the room and insisted on changing it, they provided me with another but there was broken glass on the carpet and pillows smell wasn’t good.

Amazing hotel, really comfortable beds and good breakfast. The staff at the reception were very kind and allowed me to check out at 3 instead of 1 - free of cost.

Actually this is my second time staying at DoubleTree Jabal Omar and I kept forgetting to ask about the famous DoubleTree cookie at check-in! So there's no more shuttle bus provided to send you to and pick you up from Masjidilharam. I didn't mind the walking to. Just the coming back from the mosque because I had to like climb a bit. But then the next day onward, I started to go via Hilton every time I came back from the mosque. I appreciate the call I received from Ms Batoul checking if everything is ok. And I'm thankful to the Laundry team although I did not specify urgency, they sent back my clothes within 3 hours! May God bless them. The shower area floor could use better cleanliness. Perhaps suggest to your housekeeping team to use baking soda to properly clean the area or any strong cleaning materials. Or perhaps they themselves are not clear of how does a total clean bathroom look like? Overall, it was a nice stay again. I forgot to take the male officer's name who did my check-in. He was so soft spoken mashallah softer than I as a lady lol. They were very kind to let me check-in 1 hour earlier. Thank you!

Everything went excellent, front deal staff are great . Housekeeping service is a little slow , but generally speaking it’s great hotel with excellent services.

Excellent hotel with great service, Abdullah from customer service was a great help, they allowed me to have a late check out, and were very welcoming. Excellent hotel, will definitely stay again .

Excellent as always. Breakfast service was brilliant special mention to Saddam who was extremely attentive. Service for amenities could have been a little faster but great stay overall.

The hotel itself is beautiful and bed very comfortable plus the location is close to the Haram and accessible by free bus shuttle which operates every 10 minutes. The only downside was the breakfast, it had very few items and it was the same for all the days we stayed plus some of the food was not fresh. My advice to future travellers is to not include breakfast in your package and just buy from the mall close by. You will save and get to choose.

Large room ..Great hospitality. Awesome service .Clean and comfortable. It's good to come ro a quality brand .

Overall the stay was good

I was surprised to see the hotel was so big and nice and clean. Upon arrival at the lobby a guest officer welcome me with a smile with a friendly conversation we had, I feel so welcome. All the stuff are very friendly and helpful too. The best about the hotel is, is not far from Masjidilharam. Normally I just walk to the Masjidilharam and sometimes I will just take the shuttle bus. The shuttle bus service was awesome, they will arrive every 10 to 15min I guess. Morning breakfast was excellent, food is yummy. Everyday they will change the many and the food never failed, always excellent the food they provide for us. Food and drinks complete, everything they have. And the stuff at the restaurant, all of them are tip top excellent customer service, never failed to great and welcome every single guest, and always come to the table and ask you, if you need anyhelp. Well done guys 👏👏😊👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 Ok, now I want to talk about the room. The room was nice, big and clean. I get a very good sleep after a long day. But sorry , I just need to highlight one thing about the bathroom. When i taking shower, the whole toilet will full off water. And the tiles is slippery, when is wet with full of water. From what I notice , there is no shower curtains and between wet and dry area there is no gutter. That's the reason how hard I try to avoid not to make the whole toilet wet , but no matter how is still will get a pool of water. Hehehe For me I fine, I just consent about the elderly, children or handicap. Is to dangerous for them to use this toilet. And yes, Unfortunately, the room I get is a handicap room. Which I don't mind at all. So please please please, the management have to check and take this seriously. Overall, everything was excellent 10/10👏👏😊👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 Only the toilet 3/10 🙏🏽😔
