Very good hotel. Around 6-10 minute walk from the Haram. It’s also got the highest sky masallah viewpoint which has amazing views Mashallah. Breakfast was also very good, and would definitely recommend. The only slight issue was weak WIFI (we were on the 28th floor). But this got addressed after day 2 (we were there for a total of 5 nights).

Overall, it was an excellent stay. The hotel is conveniently located near Haram, making it very easy to visit. The golf cart service was available at all times, which added great convenience and comfort. I highly recommend this place and hope you enjoy your stay here as much as I did.

Lets start with the impressive entrance styled with artificial greeneries and wonderful eid decor. Major love for that ! Convenient golf cart aka buggy to haram whilst walking is also doable. Not forgetting the gentlemen at the desks 2 days prior eid, their assistance and cooperation is commendable. And the room, it was simply fantastic with large windows overlooking Jabal Kaabah road.

I had a good stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient and close to shops and transport. Staff were polite and helpful. Check-in and check-out were easy. There were a few small issues in the room, but nothing major. Overall, it was a nice experience and good value for money. I would recommend this hotel and would consider staying again.

This hotel has extremely poor communication and a lack of professionalism. Before my arrival, I emailed the hotel regarding my check-in, but there was no response at all. On the day I was supposed to check in, my taxi was unable to enter the Haram area because it was close to Maghrib and the police had closed the roads. The hotel should have been aware of this recurring situation. Had they informed guests in advance, I would have adjusted my arrival time accordingly. Instead, I was forced to walk approximately 1 km to the hotel carrying large luggage. When I explained the situation to the receptionist upon arrival, there was not even a proper apology — only a smile. This showed a clear lack of empathy and customer care. Additionally, due to the national conflict and flight disruptions, I had to change my flight to an earlier departure and check out one day early. I requested a refund for the unused night, but the hotel refused, simply stating it was against policy. The conflict was beyond my control, yet there was no consideration or flexibility shown. I am very disappointed with the overall service and attitude. I do not recommend this hotel, especially for families. It is also quite far from Masjidil Haram, which makes access even more difficult during peak prayer times.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily return. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, well-designed, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was excellent—convenient and easy to get around—while still being quiet and peaceful at night. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, from the quality of the bedding to the cleanliness of the common areas. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations and offered great value for the price. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a pleasant experience.

It is an excellent place to stay with the best possible location. The move to Haram through Golf Cart is a big facility.

It was a great experience overall. The reception staff was really helpful. Although haram is only 5 minutes walk away they have shuttle service available every 5 minutes. It drops you off very close to Al Tauheed hotel.

Very good hotel with comfortable amenities, but it is not within walking distance to Al Haram in Makkah. A shuttle bus is available, which helps with transportation. The staff experience was mixed — the male front desk team could benefit from significant customer service training, as their approach felt a bit aggressive and lacked warmth. In contrast, the female staff members were much more professional and caring. I especially want to highlight a lady in niqab who assisted us with booking a car from the hotel to the train station. She went above and beyond, refusing to leave after her shift had ended and staying to ensure we secured the car on time. Unfortunately, I did not catch her name, but she was truly outstanding! One disappointment was with the connected rooms — unlike the photos, they did not feature king beds. Instead, we received four single beds (two in each room), which was not ideal for a small family. Overall, it was a good stay, but the hotel should improve cleanliness and maintenance. Despite being a relatively new property, it was clear that facilities management and housekeeping standards could be much better.
