After camping in tents we were looking forward to some more luxury at this camp. But I felt cleaner in the tents than in the rooms. It was not clean, toilet seat not fitting, toiletpaper missing, bathroom door not properly closing, etc. This was the case for the cottage, but also the public toilet space - it looks like the owners have not invested in maintenance in the last 1,5-2 decades? The pancakes for breakfast were magnificent. It's a lovely garden and many activities that can be done.

Savage Wilderness is the epitome of fun and adventure, with the professionalism and attention to health and safety that needs to accompany it. Despite our last minute aim to save our New Year's from utter disaster at the nearby Rapids Camp (DO NOT GO THERE!!!), Glen - of the senior personell at Savage - went above and beyond to put a wonderful package together for us including lunch. Glen and his team stayed with us for seven hours to ensure that we had everything we needed, our trip to Sagana was well worth it, and that we enjoyed every moment! SAVAGE is the best option for anyone who wishes to be treated with professionally trained staff who are genuinely passionate about adventure activities and who actively seek to provide a memorable experience for everyone! The eldest member of our group was 75 years and the youngest 1 year old! And every single one us started 2022 with a hugely memorable and enjoyable day! We are extremely grateful to Glen and the whole team at SAVAGE who really saved the day with their impeccable customer service and good demeanour - a HUGE THANK YOU!

Me and my dad wanted a getaway and some fun. We turned up and very disorganised and made our own way to the rooms. Rooms was very dirty so we had to share a bed together, that was probably the best thing about the place. Food was good and some of the staff. Other members caused trouble with my dad and made him cry so I had to comfort him all the time. Wouldn’t recommend for a romantic get away.

Bar staff tried to ask for bribes from younger people who are more vulnerable to it. Very little portions of food. Pasta was undercooked. All adults, playing Simon says with the instructors is not what adults need to be doing. Instructors were terrified of the management. One of the raft instructors hated the army and said that our job was awful and we shouldn't be here. The bar staff also said English people shouldn't be there because of fighting between the UK and Kenya, saying that we killed his grandparents. Management were arrogant.
