Clean and tidy, convenient for life, complete with home appliances. There are many restaurants nearby downstairs. The children's water park is very attractive to children. I am very disappointed that I booked two apartments requesting them to be next to each other. I communicated this in writing to the property managers as I was travelling with my elderly parents who are in their eighties and my aunt who is in her seventies.
When I arrived there I was told that one apartment was on level 16 and the other on level 29!! We did not use the second apartment as it was too dangerous to leave my parents and aunt by themselves. The female who I tried to speak to was not helpful and quite rude.
The apartment we stayed in needed the bathrooms cleaned more as there are stains on the walls. I would suggest that a toaster and hand towels be provided. The rest of the apartment was well appointed.

Recommended sgt. Facilities semua best dekat. Hotel baru harga also berpatutan mampu milik. Akan repeat bawa family. Pool Ada 2 bahagian children and adults tapi pastikan bawa baju renang kalau tak nanti kene sound dengan guard 🤭 nak beli baju renang pun boleh sediakan money je. Dalam hotel ade washing machine so boleh gune sabun boleh Beli dekat kedai runcit ground floor rm1.50 ☺️ cukup untuk basuh baju. Sauna gym semua Ada best.. playground untuk budak budak pun the best besar..terbaik lah akan repeat 👍🏻must try

Tempat menarik , banyak Facilities like pool with slide for kids, a huge pool for adult, they also have playground side of the pool, rock climbing juga ada for kids, sauna tak lupa juga ada, tapi tak sempat nk masuk, badminton court ada juga. semua Facilities tu ada di level 7..

The big pool was closed when we arrived.
The parking is not very we’ll designed the had yo drive around the whole parking floor to get to next floor.

Highly recommended vacation stay here~ If can install a full body mirror in the unit is prefer, I superb love the bathtub, but unfortunately unable to swim in the pool due to under maintenance. Thank unit owner and trip.com to bring us more joyful and continence

Amenities within the unit are excellent, good view, good shower, excellent cable TV channels, excellent outdoor swimming pool, good location - easy access to shopping areas, easy fast check in / out
Property should have proper signage indicating Bali Sea View Residences as the front main signage in Malay is misleading. There should also be proper signage for the office. the office looks more like a site store or junk store leaving me to go around the complex 2 rounds. Getting to the correct lift lobby from the carpark at L5 is also a challenge with no proper direction. Great if the lock entry numbers could be shortened or personalized for easier access.

Booked 2 nights on 1 bedroom apartment with sea view. Need to pay RM200 deposit before allowed to check in. Received check in info from admin thru whatsapp. Check in was fast . Got 17th floor unit, room size is ok with complete kitchen. I thought I booked a sea view room but was informed only partial sea view. Major view was Atlantis apartment. Noticed that the sofa was damaged and informed admin. Admin offered to change room or change sofa?! We opted for change room, this time got 30th floor. Sea view was partial as well, but mots view was unblocked looking at city area. Room layout was the same but found a cockroach running under the sofa. Able to kill it once it came out. No water bottle provided. Pillow was a bit smelly but still acceptable. Got mini mart that opened till 8pm but no chance to buy anything. Swimming pool was clean and closing hours varies from day to day. Overall stay was pleasant since this place was quite new and well maintained.
