The hotel overall was lovely, but the only drawback was the pillows. Why were they so thick? I brought it up with the front desk, and they were very helpful, giving us six more pillows. But each one was as thick and hard as three pillows at home, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. I ended up having to make a makeshift pillow out of two shirts, which left me with a stiff neck. It was quite a predicament!"
