We treated ourselves to a night here as a stopover on the way back to Calais and were really glad we did! We had a family suite which gave us plenty of space to unwind after a stressful drive, and a really luxurious bathroom. Breakfast was amazing with a huge spread on the buffet, plus freshly-cooked eggs and bacon. Really accommodating for our lactose-intolerant son too. The grounds are nice and everything was spotlessly clean.

If you want a wonderful, quiet, warm and personal hotel stay - this is unbeatable. Everything from interior design, comfortable bed, breakfast, to pleasant hospitality.

Annelies is a very friendly and hard-working host. The house and the rooms are very comfortably furnished with attention to detail, as is the garden. For breakfast there was fresh fruit and freshly squeezed orange juice and everything was lovingly prepared. You can't help but feel at home here. Simply great!

A very beautiful house, very well kept, furnished with great taste and with a superb garden. Quiet on the garden side, which we benefited from thanks to an upgrade, but not on the road side, very noisy and very congested. Breakfast is good but costs 18€. The location of the place is quite far from Ghent and Bruges, without being in the countryside, but at the entrance to the village of Eecklo whose center is still far away.
