Gunbaru Inn

We rested with the whole family (with two children aged 14 and 7) at Gunbaru Inn from December 22 to 28. We were met at the pier, our luggage and our youngest daughter were taken on a motor cart. We walked to the hotel on foot, from the port for about 5 minutes. The island is quite small, it takes no more than 10-15 minutes to walk to any part of the island. At the meeting, they were treated to juice and told all the details of the stay, about where there is on the island, excursions. All in English, learn! (my level of understanding is 4+, conversation 3-, it was hard to express myself, but in general, the ability to play "crocodile" helped out). Settled in a room with two beds: a large double (180) and a single. It was our forced choice: we booked accommodation two weeks before departure, the choice was not great (initially we wanted to book two rooms, but for the new year it turned out to be too expensive)). Of the minuses: a very hard mattress, it is very difficult to get used to it, we do not have such rigidity in Russia. But, as it turned out, these are the features of the Maldives (then we rested on another island, and there the hotel had exactly the same mattresses). Cons: Poor water pressure in the shower. Now only pluses: very nice and helpful people work in the hotel. Delicious breakfast (took BB meal). While there were few guests, we were served individually in the garden, then a buffet was already organized. My husband and I always took the Maldivian breakfast options (very tasty), the children - toast with scrambled eggs and sausages. Plus there was always juice and a fruit plate, coffee. They left full and satisfied. The room is cleaned every day, and you will not find a single grain of sand on the floor. Perfect cleanliness! Very cozy courtyard, there are sunbeds for relaxing. The room has a refrigerator, a kettle, tea and coffee sets are replenished daily, three bottles of water. The TV did not work - and that was also a plus) The ocean is two steps away, there is a hotel beach with sun loungers. But we did not use the hotel's beach, we went further to the common beach. Although without sunbeds, but the entrance to the ocean is better. In general, the reef starts close to the entrance, it is better to have corals. We were carried away by snorkeling, there are a lot of beautiful fish of unreal colors on the reef (but there are also evil biters, be careful), we saw small sharks. On the island, be prepared to wake up at 5 am to the song of the mullah. It will be anywhere on the island, there are only three mosques, and everyone sings. But, oddly enough, mine slept peacefully, and I listened every morning. Very beautiful chants, to be honest) There are a lot of shops on the island, at every step. We went more often to the one in the port, where there was a good selection of fruits and various biscuits for tea. With restaurants, too, everything is fine) But I would recommend Pepperoni more. This is the one in which they dine from the hotel, they will immediately offer it to you. Went from the hotel for evening fishing with the whole family. We caught 19 fish, and the children also pulled out two fish each. Then they cleaned these fish for us on the pier, along the way feeding stingrays and sharks. It turned out to be a whole show for all the holidaymakers. The fish was cooked for us in Peperoni, we took the rest home and ate it for two more days at lunch. In general: I recommend it from the bottom of my heart. For a pleasant attitude

Чайник, холодильник, не большие номера, удобренная постель. Но рядом аптека в десяти метрах Минусы : - удаленность от бикини бич (700 метров) - рядом мечеть с регулярными призывами муллы к молитвам - отсутствие свой зоны и лежаков на пляже -

Очень хороший гостевой дом. Завтраки хорошие. Обслуживающий персонал очень отзывчивый и гостеприимный.Уборка комнаты была ежедневно. Ресторан от гостевого дома превосходный. Обязательно вернемся именно сюда.

Estuvimos cinco días en Ukulhas y la verdad que fue una maravillosa elección. Muy limpio, cama y habitación y el personal increíblemente amable. La carta de comidas es amplia aunque quizá se haga un poco pesado al final elegir entre las mismas opciones, por muy variadas que sean. Totalmente recomendable para disfrutar del paraíso de Ukulhas!

Отдыхали в этом отеле в январе 2022. Я конечно ожидала большего, но в целом впечатление положительное. Из плюсов- очень хороший сервис, внимательный персонал, я такого давно не видела, даже в хороших пятерках 😀, близкое расположение к пляжу, всегда свободные лежаки, так как пляж немного удалён от общей тусовки. Из минусов- скудный завтрак, маленький номер, так же было немного неожиданно, что на ужин и обед необходимо идти в отдельное кафе в минутах 5-7 ходьбы. В остальном все было супер! Море очень красивое, пляж большой протяженности.

Отдыхали в конце ноября- начале декабря 2021г. Могу честно сказать,в доме все аккуратно и чисто,постельное и полотенца меняли каждый день. Я взяла полный пансион, так как были с детьми. Еда среднего качества, но как я поняла , так на всех островах, все привозное. В доме было много детей, поэтому наши вечера получались очень весёлыми:) до пляжа минуты 2, но там где детям удобно заходить в воду- минут 10. Поэтому обязательно берите с собой спец тапочки для пляжа. В целом о гостевом доме оооочень положительные эмоции- хозяин Латиф , прекрасный,воспитанный, чуткий человек, управляющий Бруно тоже. Им отдельное спасибо, сделали отдых без забот. Латиф сводил детей на охоту на крабов, дарил сладости, свозил нас на бесплатную экскурсию на другой остров. И вообще, персонал делал все , чтобы нам понравилось! Только из за них, можно приехать в следующий раз:) спасибо большое!
