Finolhu Baa Atoll Maldives

Our 20th wedding anniversary trip could not have been more perfect! The all inclusive package was exceptionally good value. It really did include everything you could need and you could definitely not need to spend anything else while you were at Finolhu. The service was exceptional. There was a huge variety of food that was fresh and delicious. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. I loved having our own pool and direct ocean access. We swam, snorkeled and read while lounging around our room and deck all day. We saw dolphins from our room, had a butler who organised everything for us and there was so many fish right outside our room. The rooms are very private, however there is a little bit of visibility between your neighbour when you are in the pool. Overall it was an amazing holiday and I can’t wait to go back to Finolhu!

The experience was amazing. Overall the resort location and views and villas were superb. The food was very delicious and they had many varieties. The hotel was very clean. The staff were very kind, friendly and attentive. Overall I felt welcomed, relaxed, safe, secure and pampered. The Staff: (Ikram) - THE STAR OF THE SHOW Let me say that the star of the show was the butler/cordinator (Ikram), she played a major role in making my stay as joyful and memorable as possible. She made me feel safe and well taken care of. She assisted me before I arrive to the hotel and was very helpful. Also she assisted me in everything during my stay and was always following up to make sure everything goes well. She helped me find nice and joyful activities to do on daily bases and was very attentive. I also faced a complication with my flight back and had to stay 1 additional night in Male city close the the airport. (Ikram) assisted me in everything and helped me book a good hotel close to the airport and she followed up with the Finolhu airport team to assist me all the way and she kept checking with me until I arrived safely back home. She was truly an angel and made me feel safe and secure no matter what the situation was. A big THANK YOU to (Ikram). She is the definition of professionalism, experience and hospitality. (Yasin) He was one of the staff working at the main restaurant. He was so nice and friendly. He was very attentive and always paying attention to me and anything I need when I am at the restaurant. Really good treatment and manners. (Laxmi) She was the massage therapist at the spa and she was amazing. She understands the guest needs and really gives a professional massage and treatment. I stayed for 8 days and everyday I had a daily session with her. She was very kind and friendly and very experienced. (Martina) The diving instructor. I went diving with her during my stay and she was very lovely and friendly. She took good care of me during my diving experience and trained me well. I felt safe with her during my diving trip.

Beautiful Island, excellent service, staff, food. Very well maintained. We felt on holiday the second we landed with the seaplane. Special highlight for the Crab Shack, Kanusan and the Milk Lab which add a lot to the overall already excellent F&B experience. I can only recommend !

This resort ticked all the boxes. My son loved the kid's club and he was there a lot of the times, which gave me and my wife some alone time together. The resorts food is fantastic! The beach is nice. The villa is outstanding. The place is super clean. The Staff are super friendly. Especially our butler Ikram. She was amazing with my son. She was available whenever we called her. She arranged all our reservations! She did our departure visas. She arranged for our transport and luggage. She made us feel at home. Other staff I need to mention are Melon (bartender), Adi (bartender), Beer (Bartender, yes her name is beer) and the one person I forgot his name who cleaned our room, he was very kind. Doing Sunrise Yoga is an amazing experience. The White Party at Crab Shack is very cool, The Food at Crab Shack is woow. The main restaurant serves the best chocolate icecream I ever had. The BBQ station grilling my reef fish OMG! one of the best fish I ever had! ADVICE TO HOTEL: The only comment I would make. They need to have a stairs or a ladder next to pool bar. The bar at the pool is good, but whenever we had to jump out of the pool, we had to climb out or swim to the nearest ladder. We just returned from a 5 day stay at Finolhu! We had a fantastic time. The service was incredible. Ikram our butler went above and beyond to make our stay great. She was always available and efficient and organized everything for us. 5/5 service. All the staff we encountered were great from mellon, mustafa, adi, mounia, and beer and everyone else. Nothing was too much and they did it all with a big smile. The resort is beautiful, very lively, and had such a nice vibe overall. The pool area was fun, the rooms were comfortable, spacious, and a great design. We stayed in a water villa and loved it. The food in the resort was also consistently good. My husband and I had had massages with Ashwini and dewi. They were both excellent. High recommend them for your massages. Special shout out to Dj Fajja who reallly made our nights at the resort so memorable with fantastic music every night!
