Stayed here for three days. Great location, friendly staff and lovely room. Areas for improvement - food, gym room and variety of activities offered. Overall speaking, I pretty enjoy my stay here.

I had an amazing time with my boyfriend in SAii Lagoon, everyone there was so kind and lovely! They treated us like family and we felt so welcomed. During check-in I met “Jack”, he is so friendly, professional and extremely helpful! Also he speaks fluent mandarin and English which is a plus for Chinese tourists who struggles with English. At the restaurant/pool bar “Mr. Tom Yam” we’ve met some amazing staffs there, always happy to see us and they served us with the most delicious cocktails and food! We were always so happy to see “Eli & Sam”, they gave us the best suggestions when we couldn’t decide on what to get, you won’t be disappointed for sure whether is food or drinks! They knew what we wanted before even telling them which was a plus! And behind the bar you have the best mixologist called “Joseph” he made us AMAZING cocktails I swear is one of the BEST ones I’ve ever tasted so far! They would always greet and smile. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who wants to go there. Before leaving I met “Tharaka” she was so lovely, kind and helpful! Everyone was so lovely, friendly and professional! Will be back to this place soon! This is what the dream Maldives should look like~ The sea is crystal clear, the beach is white and delicate, and it is beautiful The room is extremely clean and tidy, the service is considerate and thoughtful, all service staff are on call, and all services can be done in Chinese on the app with one click, which is so convenient~ There are many restaurants, Miss Olive is highly recommended, the steak is very good~ And Miss Kate from China is super nice!!! Thank you to all the Hilton staff~We spent the most dreamy 2 days!

Overall, the scenery is first-class, but the service is terrible. The food and beach are far inferior to the Hard Rock Hotel next door. First, the room is far away from the front desk and restaurants. Everything is called buggy. The efficiency is relatively low. There are not as many fish as at the Hard Rock Hotel. More importantly, there are problems with the service and the customer cannot be considered from the customer's perspective. The environment at the front desk is poor, hot and not ventilated. Something happened to me that made me very angry. On the day of check-out, my flight time was adjusted from the original scheduled departure of 15:50 to 20:10 due to temporary changes by the airline. However, the hotel still has the original departure time of the flight. The problem is that although I confirmed with the hotel many times, the hotel assured me that they had contacted the airport, and the airport staff responded that I must arrive at the airport according to the original check-in time. Therefore, the hotel dropped us off at the airport at 13:00. However, when we arrived at the airport, we were told that the check-in counter would open at 17:00 and we could not enter the terminal and had to wait in a non-air-conditioned environment. Obviously, this is not consistent with the original check-in time previously stated by the hotel. I'm not sure who provided the wrong information, but I strongly question the competence and attitude of the hotel's front desk staff, who don't seem to have travelers' needs at heart. I did not ask for a late checkout, I just hoped that it could be delayed until 17:00 and the hotel would arrange for us to go to the airport. However, such a simple request failed to gain any patience or help from the hotel staff. I could only feel their impatience, as if they just wanted to send the passengers away as quickly as possible. Based on this experience, I will not consider staying at this hotel again in the future, no matter how beautiful the view is.

Because the child was too young (three months old), we booked an island close to the airport. Crossroad is close, the island is big, there are more entertainments, and the price is relatively low. Snorkeling and other things are just average. As long as the beach water is from Madai, it will not be bad and it is still beautiful. Although there was a problem with the reservation, Ctrip solved it properly and it was still very good. I became a die-hard fan.

I liked the hotel's location. Literally 30 minutes, the hotel’s private yacht picks you up for free, and they also drop you off 3 hours before departure for free. The hotel is very clean, the staff is friendly, the room has direct access to a terrace with a table and chairs, 50 meters away from the ocean!

The facilities and services are great! Especially the snorkeling trip, where I saw the corals and various fish in the Indian Ocean. It’s very worth it and not very expensive (about 110 dollars for two people)! However, when the weather is bad, there is not much to do. The hotel's ecology is still under construction. You can also see rays and other small fish for free snorkeling in the surrounding area, but it is not as fun as snorkeling in the sea. The prices on this island are not expensive. Coke in the mini bar costs 5 knives a bottle. Food options range from 40 to 200 knives per person. You can choose HB or FB based on cost-effectiveness. Hygiene: The room is cleaned twice a day, and the guy will ride a bicycle to deliver water and change towels, which is very nice. Be sure to choose a day with good weather to play! There aren’t many fun activities if the weather isn’t good, and the sea isn’t that beautiful either.

Maldives Hilton Curio Collection Hotel Sari Lagoon𡷊 is located in the Indian Ocean. It is a comfortable, quiet and elegant hotel. The rooms with sea views on three sides of the hotel can see the clear and transparent sea. From a distance, Male City has a double-connected landscape. It feels like the night view is charming, the hotel has complete facilities, and there are Chinese and Western restaurants for dining. The hotel has a swimming pool and a beach nearby. The water is clear and the sand is young. You can enjoy the sun and the natural environment of the beach. It can be said to be a good hotel🏨.
