They didn't reply to my emails, only responding via WhatsApp. The front desk staff, especially a woman with big eyes, provided excellent service and helped us with our luggage throughout. My positive review is definitely for the service."

"Recommend! The place is very spacious (three bedrooms with separate toilets). The living room and balcony were also very nice. However, the toilet in the first room leaked a little, and it smelled quite bad if we didn’t keep the door open for ventilation. There was no hot water in the last room—I’m not sure if that was because all three of us were showering at the same time. Remember to bring your own hair dryer as it was not provided."

"An excellent hotel, located practically right on the beach. The service is excellent, the rooms are clean, spacious, and cozy. The huge pluses are the free taxi transfer from and to the airport and the ferry, which the hotel staff pays for themselves. The receptionists spoke fluent English. The downside is the cafe on the ground floor, where all the food is incredibly spicy 🌶️, it's impossible to eat; even the breakfast omelet was incredibly spicy. I don't recommend the cafe, but the hotel is great! I would stay again!"

"After seeing countless recommendations from various Chinese bloggers, I stayed here for one night as a transit hotel… How do I put it? Two people couldn't even move around in the room, it was so cramped 🤣. Locking the door sounded exactly the same as not locking it. The bathroom odor was so strong I almost threw up. Aside from the surfaces I absolutely had to touch to sleep, I didn't dare touch anything else… The owner downstairs collected the tax the night before, but the staff tried to collect it again the next morning… However, the hotel is right by the sea, which is definitely convenient."
