My family and I were taken care of by Kishore, who was an exceptional host. He helped us from the moment we arrived until the day we departed, always making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The Hard Rock hotel is well equipped with everything one could desire on a family vacation. The swimming pool and beach have a great atmosphere frequently filled with music events and activities. The food is top notch and very diverse. Fitness enthusiasts can enjoy from a wide range of activities, such as Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (highly recommended), weight training center, Zumba classes and more. We will definitely return for a second round of paradise.

We recently stayed at Saii Lagoon, and I can't say enough about this place. The property is simply wonderful, and the staff is exceptional. Had such a wonderful relaxing time, beautiful rooms and luxurious bed linen. Friendly service and laid back vibe! Ideal if you want somewhere relaxing. It has really been a wonderful and unforgettable experience especially to the following staff Areef - Housekeeping - Absolute Top guy with heart and manners Kanna & Sandy - in Thai Restauarant -Kinkao - Providing Top Notch Service Anil - Olive oil (Breakfast) - Chef who made us indian food of highest Quality at Short Notice RED - In Front Reception - Very Patient, Polite and Helpful Vicky- You dropped us off on our last day to the Boat area, with superb coordination with the Reception staff and your support during our stay was greatly appreciated. I forgot one of my Main Meds at home (London) - Within minutes , YOU (Ismail/Isse ) had it all covered. This guy went to Male , got the Medicine, handed it to his colleague who was coming to evening shift to the Hotel and within very short space of time - I had my Medicine - Absoulte TOP MAN and anybody who I have forgotten, you were ALL great- Hope to be back soon

After planning a trip to the Maldives with my children and thinking about it for a month, I had a very comfortable stay at Small Maldives, which I chose. The accommodation was clean, the staff was very friendly, and the food was very delicious. The water quality was excellent, and the stingrays and turtles passing in front of the accommodation made the trip even more enjoyable. I think it will be a really great memory

This was one of our best Hotel Jen experiences anywhere in the world. In most cases, Hotel Jen stays are more functional, and we don't get the full ”Shangri-la experience”. In this case however, the experience got pretty close. Some of the positives: 1. The upgrade to the larger room was a nice touch as it gave my family of 4 a bigger space. 2. The F&B we had throughout the stay was good - my family enjoyed all our meals while we were there. 3. Most importantly, literally every single staff member we encountered during the stay was friendly and helpful, and the service was really the best part of this experience. Every person have us absolutely nothing to complain about in terms of service. Some of the more memorable individuals who stood out for us (this is not to say the other folks are not as good - just that we did not interact with them as much): Riyaz and Arun at the restaurant, and Dilshan at the front desk. 4. The breakfast spread exceeded my expectations for a Hotel Jen property. 5. The location was great. Everywhere we needed to go during our 3-night stay was within 15 minutes' walk. A couple of drawbacks though, although these would be pinned on the people who initially constructed the building rather than the people running it now: 1. The building is slightly dated/ageing, and parts of it could do with a refresh. 2. While the Executive room we stayed in was large, there was some wasted space in the room due to the irregular layout. On the whole, this was still a 5/5 experience, and the best part was really the service.

I'm in transit in Male. I highly recommend this hotel. The guy at the front desk has a healing smile. When checking in, there is a delicious welcome mango juice and a note of the wifi password. Although the network is not very fast, it is enough to send WeChat. When filling out the registration form, they will ask about the departure flight in advance and arrange the airport drop-off time in advance. Friends who want to go shopping can leave their luggage at the front desk. Although the hotel room is not big, the overall environment is very good. The location of the hotel is also very convenient. The Manta necklace store in Male is more than 200 meters away. Eating, going to the pier and the farmer's market to see the stingray school are very close. The locals are also very warm and friendly.

It feels quite close to Male Airport, take a taxi and cross a bridge, then shuttle in the alleys, it takes about 10-15 minutes to arrive. The boss is a German who has lived in the Maldives for more than ten years. Two days before the arrival day, the boss Thomas began to contact us by email, including when we arrived, how much luggage, how many people and so on. After customs clearance on the day of arrival, Thomas' staff has already picked up the guests with a sign at the hotel entrance (free pick-up service is included in my reservation). He greeted us at the door before arriving at his small hotel. Very polite and caring. If there is no problem with your communication needs, the boss Thomas will give you a lot of tips for traveling on the island, such as how much local currency is appropriate to exchange, what local regulations are there, and so on. It is very important that this hotel should be the best Thai restaurant on Male Island. Very authentic thanks to the owner Thomas should have some stories in Thailand, there is no gossip about the specifics. If you eat a meal in person, the boss will recommend and serve you personally. Don't order too much. The next day we went to the resort island. It was a very pleasant day to stay in this hotel on Male Island. It is very convenient to buy swimming goggles, clothes, shoes and other necessary items in the hotel. In Muslim countries, alcohol and tobacco are prohibited, you can ask the boss.

I give a big thumbs up to Ctrip Hotel's service. The whole service was very considerate and patient in answering questions. The connection service of Madai Hotel is also very smooth. When the hotel on the island is off the water, Feifei will take the initiative to call the front desk of the hotel and provide free pick-up and drop-off. A breakfast box is also provided the next morning.

After a bad experience this holiday booking somewhere on the other island opposite Male for our forward journey, I was getting my hopes up! But upon arriving at Somerset we were greeted with smiles, a drink and cold towels. Not to mention the lovely driver who gave us some information on the city during the drive from the airport. The hotel, by any standard, ticks all the boxes! The restaurant has the best food and after walking around the street we decided we wouldn’t eat anywhere else. The staff go above and beyond and were friendlier than the island resort we’d spent 5 days at. This was the first time we actually wanted to ‘tip’ the staff. The room has everything you need. Yes the air conditioner in the main room smells a bit but it’s the same in Bali. It can’t be helped with the humidity! And the other comment about the call to prayer noise, you’re coming to a country that has their own traditions and I can’t see why you wouldn’t be respectful of that.
