Ustedes confirmaron mi reserva, mi banco cargo el pago de la misma y cuando llegue al hotel me indicaron que no tenian habitaciones disponibles. Tuve que incurrir en gastos extras e innecesarios en taxi y contratar otro hotel. El hotel les culpa por el error. Aprovecho para solicitar la devolucion a mi tarjeta de credito del dinero pagado.

Nous avons eu l impression d avoir quitté Mayotte en passant juste une nuit au Hamaha Beach.. Nous avons eu un bon accueil..L hôtel et le cadre sont magnifiques. Les chambres sont belles, modernes, spacieuses et offrent une belle vue sur le lagon Il ne faut pas hésiter à prendre la chambre avec piscine, que c est appréciable… Quant au restaurant dont le cadre est très agréable, nous y avons très bien mangé.Les plats sont bien présentés, savoureux, copieux et pas chers au vu de la qualité. Enfin les serveurs et serveuses sont agréables et professionnels, cela fait plaisir. Le petit déjeuner était bien également. Pour nous cela reste le meilleur hôtel à Mayotte Nous y reviendrons!

L’hôtel sécurisé est situé en bordure de la plage Hamaha. Cet établissement est récent et la patronne nous a accueillis avec sympathie. La chambre est vaste et très propre, dotée d’un lit King size et la salle de bain agréable et fonctionnelle. L’endroit est calme. Par contre, en ce qui concerne la restauration, cela est perfectible. En effet, pas de repas prévu car espace réservé à une réception privée, et petit déjeuner incomplet au delà de 8h (plus de pain à cette heure!)
