Cm Mallorca Palace - Only Adults

On arrival we were greeted by friendly reception staff and offered a welcome drink! Great customer service from the get go! The decor and smell of the reception area was beautiful and very clean. Our room (3109) was very clean and spacious with a balcony and view of the gardens/pool. The only downside was the beds were uncomfortable and the room was very stuffy when the A/C was turned off. I called reception regarding this and was advised the A/C had been turned off for the season. This was disappointing. The pool area was beautiful and very peaceful. The sun loungers were very comfortable and plenty to choose from. Food and drink from the pool bar was very reasonably priced. We also used the lovely indoor pool and sauna/steam room. The hotel also offers massages at a reasonable price. We stayed on a half board basis and both breakfast and dinner was lovely and there was always plenty choice. At breakfast time, Amanda was always very welcoming and cooked omelettes etc in front of you. At dinner time, a variety of meats / fish could be chosen and again cooked fresh by Amanda. The tables were attractively set and there was an option to sit outdoors too, which was nice. There was entertainment at 2100 hours each evening and this was very enjoyable. Our personal favourite was Clave! We used the public bus and travelled to Manacor where we visited the Rafa Nadal museum...highly recommend. For tennis fans, there is a tennis club across the road from the hotel. This is called Sunball tennis. We played here for 20 euro per hour. This hotel is set in a quiet resort and is perfect for those wanting a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Sa Coma beach is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Overall we had a great stay at this hotel and would recommend to others. If the bed had been comfier and the AC on... we would have given a 5* review.

The management at this hotel clearly understands that great customer service is the golden key to its success. When we walked through the doors on our arrival we knew instantly that we'd made the right decision. The welcome from receptionist Sharon was warm,friendly and helpful - we received a speedy response from Sharon to our email sent earlier. This level of courteousness was extended throughout our stay by all members of staff. The location of the Mallorcan Palace is superb; a perfect oasis away from the hustle and bustle of Sa Coma. It is modern, meticulously maintained and beautifully designed. We were impressed with the tasteful interior features. Our Premium Room #2003 on the ground floor was perfect- it was spacious, with a nice large balcony, furnished with sunbeds, table and chairs. The bed was super comfy bed, lots of storage space, a roomy bathroom with a powerful shower. It was immaculately maintained and all sundries replenished daily. We chose half board and the food was top rate -  both breakfast and dinner offered a variety of dishes and everything we sampled was delicious and many of our favourites were on offer. The tables were attractively set and the service, friendly and efficient. We cannot recall every member of staff by name though they include Sharon, Jenny, Monica, Miguel, Abdel, Karim and the rest! ... without exception all staff are a credit to the hotel, their professionalism and friendliness greatly enhanced our visit. Our thanks to everyone who helped make our October break a memorable . Our  reluctant departure is tomorrow and we leave thinking "yes, Paradise Hotel does exist'' - a little over dramatic perhaps but then our experience was pretty close to heavenly!

I came here with my husband. This a 5 star hotel with 5 star service. The rooms are spacious and clean and has all manner of essential necessities . We stayed for 8 days half board. The food was excellent, good quality and variety to suit all taste. There is entertainment most evenings which is hit and miss according to taste. As well as outdoor pools, there is an indoor pool, sauna and steam room and gym. The staff are amazing nothing is too much for them, always smiling.

We could change the pillows to a shape sleeping pillow. The choice and the food quality at the breakfast buffet was amazing. The staff was really friendly and helpful. We had dinner 3 times at the resort and we really enjoyed it.

Lovely hotel with excellent staff, good food, fine wine and great cocktails. Subtle but enjoyable entertainment and good day time fitness for those that wanted it. Close to the fabulous beech in Sa Coma and near the bars in Siliot and Calla Millie. An ideal place for a break to unwind from work pressures.

Excellent, quick check in, lovely ground floor suite, the room had everything we needed. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. The spa is ok, great sauna but the steam room wasn't great and the pool is quite small so if 3 or 4 are in it, it's crowded.

A truly fantastic hotel,staffed by lovely people always smiling and extremely efficient. The room is lovely, spotlessly clean and comfortable and silent at night. The breakfast and dinner are fantastic, so much choice you cannot fall to enjoy it.Pool area is lovely and the whole experience is one of calm and sedate. A special mention for Kim, Miguel, Alberto, Abdul and Myska,all doing a top job.

This hotel is fantastic. It is always kept extremely clean and tidy. The selection of food is amazing and every night fresh meats and fish can be prepared on the grill. The staff are very helpful and friendly and are proficient in many languages. The sports and activities programme is brilliant and it’s great to be able to go on a guided bike tour. The area by the swimming pool is really relaxing and the sun beds are very comfortable. The pool bar serves fantastic food at very reasonable prices. The beach is a very short walk away, as is the nature reserve for some nice walks. This was a really good holiday and I would definitely return.

Long overdue review of the Mallorca Palace - we could not fault the hotel in any way from the moment we arrived to our checking out everything and everyone was perfect. The staff were all very attentive, pleasant and extremely professional We did not dine in the hotel apart from breakfast which has to be one of the best breakfasts we have ever had - the selection is incredible. With the added bonus of the grand piano being wheeled out onto the patio area for a piano recital on a Tuesday morning. Our room was on the ground floor with a terrace opening onto the pool area, spotlessly cleaned every day with fresh towels on demand. Adequate gym with sauna, steam room and lovely relaxation area. Spent a night in Palma traveling on the local bus service with a bus stop right outside the door - main tip is to pre-book tickets for the historic train followed by a tram ride to Port de Soller as the queues can be quite long - fantastic trip and not to be missed. Some great restaurants in particular Plan B in S'illot and Tomeu Caldentey Cuiner.
