Ibersol Siurell ★★★★
"Very large room with a separate lounge area with TV and couch. Room and bed could have been cleaned a bit better so need to dock it a few points given it’s a 4 star hotel. Large and spacious bathroom. Breakfast very good with freshly cooked eggs, bacon, veggies, yogurts. Two outdoor pools and one for kids. No parking, only available on the street which is usually packed."
Hotel Palia Sa Coma Playa ★★★★
"The hotel is situated in an ideal area and that's the only thing I can't complain about. I couldn't get a ground floor room as requested because of walking disability. The food wasn't good and always cold. Tea drinkers should take teabags. None in the restaurant. The rooms are basic and needed a good clean. The door to veranda wouldn't lock. Shower leaked and flooded the floor every time we used it. Fridge didn't work. Kettle was cracked and button broken and not replaced until we complained twice. Staff were not pleasant at all especially in the dining area. Bar staff need a course on manners too. Only local alcohol on all inclusive and had to pay for everything else. No all inclusive after 11 either. Had to ask the entertainment team if they could talk English as we couldn't understand what was going on. Only a handful of British in the hotel but should still have had English speaking entertainers. Only 3 of them so not much I can say except they had to work hard. Roof top solarium was supposed to be adult only but always children up in it. Certainly wouldn't be booking again."

"Regular apartments: Air conditioning leaks water Only air conditioning in the living room Refrigerator leaks water We found 2 cockroaches. To evaluate: Friendliness of the staff in customer service and cleanliness Nice to have a drink on the premises Small pool but good for children"
Aparthotel Playa Dorada ★★★
"We booked this as a last minute holiday and was overall very happy with our stay. The location was great, just a short walk to both S’Illot & Sa Coma, and located directly on the beach front. Our room was modern and had a great view of the beach front. The only downfall to the room was the bathroom which was a little bit dated. The pool area was nice, and we never struggled for a sunbed and there are plenty of umbrellas. The only problem we thought was you could sit the sunbeds up it was just flat, I would suggest taking a blow up pillow for the pool to make it more comfortable. The drinks were great, there was a choice of cocktails on the all inclusive and we thought all of them were lovely! The bar staff were very friendly. I am a fussy eater so I did struggle with the food some days as it was mainly fish and not always a great variety of food. If you are looking for lots of entertainment/animation it might not be the best choice. There was just water polo at 4, and a mini disco in the evenings. Occasionally there was a band on after and a parrot show once. We would return in future!"

Cm Mallorca Palace - Only Adults ★★★★★
"A lovely five star hotel. A warm welcome on arrival, glass of wine and snacks, good room, excellent six star dining experience, relaxed entertainment, strong wifi, soft and thick pool towels. Few down points, over pushy on taking suite, tiles around pool need attention, rubbish left on pool table not removed overnight, not quite five star but; good value. Airport and Tui....appalling!"
Cabot Club Torreblanca ★★★
"Here’s a polished review that keeps your natural, honest style: We stayed here for our first wedding anniversary and had a lovely time. This was a last-minute holiday, and we had never visited Sa Coma before. We arrived late in the evening, but the pool was beautifully lit up and made a great first impression. We also had a lovely surprise waiting in our room – a note and some treats to celebrate our anniversary, which was a really thoughtful touch. Throughout our stay, we couldn’t fault the cleanliness of either the room or the hotel. This is a 3-star hotel, so we weren’t expecting luxury. The room was a little dated, but the shower was powerful, we always had hot water, and the housekeeping team did a great job of keeping everything clean and tidy. The food wasn’t always to our taste, but we weren’t in England, so we didn’t expect English food. There was plenty of choice at every meal, and we certainly never went hungry. The only downside for us was that water wasn’t included in the all-inclusive package. Unlimited soft and alcoholic drinks were available, but bottled water had to be purchased from a vending machine for €3 per bottle. This could be difficult for families with children, as the only free alternatives were fizzy drinks or watered-down juice from a machine. The entertainment team were fantastic and worked incredibly hard. Most of the evening entertainment was focused on children, so there wasn’t much aimed at adults, but this may suit families perfectly. Overall, we had a great holiday and would definitely return. Thank you to all the staff for helping make our first anniversary special."

"Today is our last full day here, I read so many negative reviews so I would like to tell my side. We have had the best time here, so much for the kids to enjoy. The rooms - We got put in a newly refurbished one bed room and it was so nice and clean, lots of space. Two of us stayed in the living room on the pull out bed and two in the bedroom, the bedroom beds are more comfortable but I still slept good in both. The room was cleaned everyday, beds made and fresh towels. The food - There is a mix of food depending on what restaurant you go to, there is the main one, a pizzeria and a BBQ restaurant. I really enjoyed the BBQ restaurant as it had fresh meat cooked on the grills Infront of you and they had mexican food which is my favourite! The snack bars had burgers, nuggets, hotdogs and chips. People said the food was undercooked but I never came across anything undercooked, the kitchen staff worked their backsides off in the heat to make sure everything was topped up and fresh and I really appreciated their hard work. The pools - There are several pool areas, my kids loved the main pool and the kids one right next to eachother so we stayed there most of the time. There is a toddler pool which is warmer. The pools felt cold when you first get in but then it's gorgeous, believe me you will appreciate that little cold sensation in this heat. We walked round to the splash park where they had a bouncy pillow, a plain pool, a fountain area, a kids activity pool and the big slides. We managed to try them all, the life guards are spot on as well. They are on the ball to stop people messing about for safety reasons but they are great with the kids, they had water fights with my kids and they always laughed and played with everyone. The entertainment - Now I am giving a big shout out to the entertainment team, they have been brilliant on this holiday. During the day they set up activities for adults and kids and they are so friendly and happy with all the guests. The evening was great they had the mini disco, bingo with big prizes last night it was nearly 700 euros! Then they have different shows. My favourite was the Micheal Jackson show, they pulled out all the stops with every show they put on. You can see them practicing during the day to make sure they get it right. The staff - All the staff in this hotel who I have came across have been brilliant, the bar staff are working continuously to make sure your not waiting too long, I've been to other hotels where queues are worse then here. The reception are always friendly and helpful whenever I have visited them. The cleaners are lovely and work so hard, I feel sorry for them in the mornings they way the site can be left by some guests the night before but they don't complain they just crack on. There is a free bus service to the beach, now the driver is just a lovely funny guy. He must love his job, he kept us entertained on the bus and he won't leave anyone behind. Finally the guests - The only n"
Protur Safari Park Aparthotel
"We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. The food was amazing with plenty of variety, and we genuinely couldn’t fault it. The staff all worked incredibly hard and made a real effort to ensure everyone had a great experience. There was so much to do for children aged 9–13, which kept them entertained throughout the holiday. The poolside was brilliant with great music playing during the day, creating a really enjoyable vibe. The rooms were a great size too, so we never felt cramped or like we were living on top of each other. The only reason I’m giving 9/10 instead of 10/10 is the air conditioning. It wouldn’t go below 21°C, and with daytime temperatures reaching around 37°C, the rooms became quite uncomfortable, especially at night. If the air conditioning was improved, this hotel would easily be a 10/10. Overall, it was an amazing holiday, and we’d happily return"
