Nice hotel with reasonable price, also the room is large and clean. But there is no slipper or other items like toothbrush so you have to bring yourself. The location is near Queen Road Tram station but not close to city central. It’s convenient if you drive yourself, but a little hard if you take the public transport. Lovely room, very clean and bed was nice and comfortable. The shower was nice and big, which is good for a plus sized person like myself. The staff were really lovely and there was even mince pies and mulled wine. Its a perfect location right near a tram stop as well which is only a couple of stops away from being right in the centre. I'd definitely stay again.

A nice, clean and well located hotel, good service, but not prepared for a family. They didn’t provide an extra bed knowing there was a child. I believe that the bathrooms have a standard of accessibility for everyone, but they should be for the specific rooms for this purpose; they are bathrooms that make us feel in the hospital. The rooms do not have a kettle or minibar, which I found something out of the ordinary, but that’s it, hotel concept. It was an acceptable experience, but I wouldn’t come back.

Very near to town good location.. only hand washing and showers gels heads doesn’t work well

You can have an amazing breakfast. Though the location is far. The place is nice.

The staff at the desk were very helpful. Had a issue regarding the ro I booked was not the one I got. Room was very small did jot have that much room to get around not suitable for a family will not be booking the place again.

We had a lovely experience.

There was a little problem with the booking when I arrived......the payment wasn't showing as received. Quickly sorted.......also I wasn't registered for the breakfast on the second day. So something went wrong. Friendly staff, nice breakfast, clean rooms Thankyou

Ideally situated to metro link & close proximity to city centre. Used to be free parking sadly this has changed. All staff are lovely:)

Staff are extremely friendly and willing to help as much as they can. Location not too far from city centre, close to a tram stop. Excellent accommodation and good breakfast. Will be back.
