"Stayed for 3 nights with my wife, overall nice hotel and enjoyed it. Things we liked; staff were helpful and friendly, hotel aesthetic was great, rooms large and well designed, bar and grill area very nice with good food. Things that could have been better; hotel breakfast is not great and not worth it vs others, the continental spread was minimal and pastries poor quality, only ate there once then decided to eat at other places outside hotel on rest of mornings. Also kettle in our room wasn't working, we called down for it and no one ever showed up to fix or replace. Also there was a foul smell coming from shower/ toilet drainage that was quite strong, shower was dirty. Small things that can easily be rectified with a bit more attention to detail."
"Loved my stay at this Hotel. It was my third time staying at this hotel. The aesthetics of the Hotel are really nice. The spaces in the hotel are modern with a touch of luxury. The front desk ladies that I met during my stay were welcoming, friendly and had good vibes.Nothing beats a warm welcome.
Check in was quick and easy and very professional. I forgot the name of the lady that checked us in but she was fabulous. We checked in on September 4th 2024 between 12:20-12:50 so the lady that was sat on the right side of the main desk at that time did really well n checking us in.
The breakfast was okay , but it kinda left me wanting more in terms of selection. Maybe beef sausages or even chicken sausages could be added???
But it was still good nevertheless.
The location of the hotel is also pretty good as you are able to go to access many restaurants… and shopping points.
Distance from the Machester Piccadilly Train station from this hotel is super convenient as well.
Would totally recommend this hotel😊😊😊"

"I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel last weekend. First and foremost, it is absolutely stunning — from its exterior to the reception and restaurant on the sixth floor to the en-suite Club Rooms my friends and I stayed in. I didn’t get a chance to try out the rooftop bar (it was my hen party so my weekend itinerary was packed) but I’ll definitely be back with my fiancé soon. After having a taste of the Hotel Gotham, I truly can’t think of anywhere else we’d stay when visiting Manchester. The staff were so accommodating — from allowing me to drop off my suitcase in the morning to letting my friend check into her room early and add her husband to the booking. Because I was in the city for a special occasion, the staff even left a little gift for me in my room (a handwritten postcard congratulating me on my engagement, as well as some super tasty sweet treats: iced cookies, chocolate-dipped strawberries and macaroons). Breakfast was delicious too and I was genuinely sad to leave, but I’ll definitely be back again soon."
"Wow!!! We stayed in a first class king room and it was brilliant. The room was so clean and crisp and the toiletries in the bathroom were plentiful. We ordered a bottle of Prosecco for our room and it was cold and delicious. Our breakfast was delicious with almost everything available (no dairy free margarine (flora or similar) for on toast. We did have a slight problem with a dog in the room next door but we were given another first class king room within 10 minutes and it was exactly the same as our original. We were treated with such amazing service by any staff member we spoke to and would not hesitate to stay here again on any other trip to Manchester. The hotel was central to the trains stations we were travelling to and from and perfect walking distance to the AO Arena for a performance we had booked. We cannot fault anything with this stay and left feeling so refreshed despite not visiting the gym."
"Went here for my birthday just to get away for a couple of days and so glad I did! I had never been to Manchester before, but the location made it so easy - it’s only 10/15 mins away from Manchester Piccadilly, and the street has lots of fantastic bars. The staff couldn’t be more pleasant, and the leisure area was fantastic with great amenities such as the pool, sauna and unlimited towels. I don’t think I’ve ever been in a comfier bed before!"
"Great stay, reception staff very friendly. Is a £100 deposit to pay on arrival on top of your room price that i wasn’t aware of when booking but wasn’t too much of a problem as it was returned on checkout. Room really spacious, wasn’t the cleanest, food and stains under the sofa cushions, and what looked like a cigarette burn on the couch near the window.
Only issue was breakfast, just not enough staff to cater for everyone. Half an hour for a cup of tea, an hour for food. So just be prepared for the wait. Was warned to book a time-slot on arrival which we did but that made no difference. Overall i would stay again, just put the issues down to it being the holidays and obvious staffing issues over this time"
"The style of the room is retro, pretty good, the toiletries are great, and there is a refrigerator. But the top-level swimming pool is very small, only two or three meters long. No one really goes swimming. If you live in the pool, the price is slightly higher. There is also a sauna on the top floor, which makes it very comfortable to steam~"
"Hotel room facilities and cleanliness are fine but the room allocated at the far end of the hotel that I lived was a bit noisy. It was due to quite close or adjacent to the railway path and the trains passed by every hour produced some annoying noises heard from the hotel room even when midnight time.
It is interesting that the shower was semi-open style with one glass door; and the water could splash over the toilet floor."
"The hotel it’s literally a 5 minute walk away from the taxi area of Manchester Piccadilly station. It’s worth knowing the hotel has two entrance where only is highlighted on most map apps.
The room was good, the bed is incredibly comfortable with pillows that a little too soft for me. All in all a great room. I skipped the breakfast option and Pollen Kampus is around the corner and have a lot of great pastry and good coffee as well as being having some great brunch options.
My only gripe is someone was smoking on the floor I was on, as I got close to my room it got stronger. I told the front desk and all that was said is the hotel manager will get in touch. This experience will prevent me from booking again. I mention this as I have to be fair to my experience."

Very Good
KKCcccccccccLocation is the best ; just next to the Piccadilly station. Spacious room ; comfy ! Very good ventilation and air conditioned! Quiet room! Unfortunately my room was on the first floor so passes-by could see us through the windows if we didn’t use the curtain.
Some stains were found on towels, in the bed sheets and on the dining table; luggage storage after check out needed a small fee in the storage room on the fifth floor;
In spite of these I will still come again when I need to get back to Manchester :-)

GGuest UserMy husband and I had a fantastic stay at the Tribe Hotel following a late flight to Manchester airport. It is in a great location (just behind Radisson Blu and Voyager) easy walking distance on the skylink. The rooms are new, modern and clean. The shower is a fabulous rainfall one. For saying how close it was to the airport, we did not hear a sound, exceptional soundproofing.
Cannot fault it, we will be back if ever need Manchester Airport again.
GGuest UserExcellent customer service from the moment you book in. Vety good communication and even let you check in online. Having come from London we arrived a bit earlier than our checking in time. We were given the opportunity of getting into our room and that was very appriciated. Room was vety clean and we were provided with everything we needed with a modern kitchen.. They provide storage space in case you have checked out and want to go out and come back for your luggage. They have a cafe which can also be used while you are waiting. All staff are very professional and friendly , smiling and communicating with respect. All in all excellent service. Well done.

LLivRotaruI recently stayed at the Ibis Budget Hotel at Manchester Airport, and it was a fantastic experience! The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, offering everything I needed for a short stay. The location is perfect for airport access, with easy transport options to the terminals. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall value for the price was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a convenient and affordable stay near the airport.
MMirko CN - NLNice and clean hotel .
Good location and excellent breakfast.
Only somehow the staf at the reception never greats you when you enter the hotel , they rather look at their screens . Its bit funny
KKhairahI thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel during an event at AO Arena. The location was incredibly convenient, making it a breeze to access the arena. The room provided was spacious, offering ample space to relax and unwind. One of the standout features was the reasonable price, which made the overall experience even more satisfying. Additionally, the self-checkout mini store in the reception area stocked with a variety of snacks was a delightful touch. I found it convenient to grab a quick bite or indulge in some treats without having to venture far. Front desk were super friendly and quick, made the check-in and check out easy. With such positive experiences, I can confidently say that I will choose to revisit this hotel whenever I have another event at AO Arena.
GGuest UserThe location was perfect, about 15-20 min walk from Piccadilly station. Breakfast was basic but very good with constant refills. The room was nice but a bit noisy especially when nearby rooms close their doors.

MMallu Couple TravellersI recently stayed at the Britannia Hotel in Manchester and wanted to share my thoughts.
Location:
The location is definitely one of the hotel’s strongest points. It’s super accessible to all forms of transport, whether you’re arriving by train, bus, or tram. It’s right in the city center, so you can easily explore Manchester without much hassle.
Parking:
The parking arrangement is convenient if you’re driving, especially with free parking between 8 pm and 8 am. Outside of those hours, you’ll need to pay, so keep that in mind if you’re staying for longer stretches.
Hotel Condition:
This is where the hotel shows its age. The building is very old, and while it has some charm, it could definitely use an upgrade. You can feel the wear and tear in the common areas and some of the rooms.
Rooms:
The rooms are a mixed bag. The basic rooms are just that—basic. They’re not particularly comfortable, and if you’re picky about where you sleep, you might feel underwhelmed. However, if you go for one of the upgraded rooms, the experience is much better. Those rooms feel cleaner and more inviting.
Breakfast:
Breakfast is a solid deal at just £9. It’s not a luxury spread, but it gets the job done. You’ll find the usual options for a budget-friendly hotel breakfast.
Staff:
The staff are a highlight of the hotel. They’re very kind and helpful, making you feel welcome from check-in to check-out.
Value for Money:
Overall, this is a budget-friendly hotel, so you do get what you pay for. If you’re looking for a no-frills place to stay in a central location and don’t mind the dated vibe, it works. However, if comfort and modern amenities are a priority, you might want to explore other

SSonia ChandyOur overall experience wasn’t very satisfactory with this hotel. We got a non-window room, the staff members at the reception had no customer service skills as they wouldn’t help with minor inconveniences like providing coffee sachets except the member named Yasar.
The room was very hot and only table fan was provided, no AC option.
The specifications of the hotel do not meet as it says GYM, sauna, etc.
I am an influencer and youtube vlogger, I have a detailed review about the hotel on my channel.
GGuest UserMy man told me the doors locked yet there wasn’t any batteries to make functional, he also said I looked like a stoner n can happily smoke ****, so I took upon his request and enjoyed my stay to the fullest, was beneficial of the pricing range as the cost was no more then a 3.5 per bedroom
As for the the essential part of the trip, my associate commandeered a new sleeping partner,
So many thanks to the OUO house members for letting us stay in Middleton 😘
