"I recently stayed at the Britannia Hotel in Manchester and wanted to share my thoughts. Location: The location is definitely one of the hotel’s strongest points. It’s super accessible to all forms of transport, whether you’re arriving by train, bus, or tram. It’s right in the city center, so you can easily explore Manchester without much hassle. Parking: The parking arrangement is convenient if you’re driving, especially with free parking between 8 pm and 8 am. Outside of those hours, you’ll need to pay, so keep that in mind if you’re staying for longer stretches. Hotel Condition: This is where the hotel shows its age. The building is very old, and while it has some charm, it could definitely use an upgrade. You can feel the wear and tear in the common areas and some of the rooms. Rooms: The rooms are a mixed bag. The basic rooms are just that—basic. They’re not particularly comfortable, and if you’re picky about where you sleep, you might feel underwhelmed. However, if you go for one of the upgraded rooms, the experience is much better. Those rooms feel cleaner and more inviting. Breakfast: Breakfast is a solid deal at just £9. It’s not a luxury spread, but it gets the job done. You’ll find the usual options for a budget-friendly hotel breakfast. Staff: The staff are a highlight of the hotel. They’re very kind and helpful, making you feel welcome from check-in to check-out. Value for Money: Overall, this is a budget-friendly hotel, so you do get what you pay for. If you’re looking for a no-frills place to stay in a central location and don’t mind the dated vibe, it works. However, if comfort and modern amenities are a priority, you might want to explore other"

"The hotel is only a short walk from Piccadilly station giving in great access to the trains. Its recent renovation really gives the hotel a clean trendy feel. Our room was spacious and equipped with everything you would need. The king bed and the pull out were comfortable. The bathroom is surprisingly large with lots of room if you need it. Breakfast was simple, but top quality from the hot to the cold options. Great stay."

"Excellent location to the right of main station Dammtor fantastic panoramic views of the city from the Two Six 26th floor roof top bar & restuarant, plus the Planten Bloomen stunning green space right in the centre of Hamburg ,10 metres out of the front entrance of this hotel ,walked miles through to St Michaels church, the 88 million pound Philharmonic building and the Nicolai ruins..all made special by this iconic Radisson Blu Hotel"

"It was conveniently located near the train station, and accessible on foot to all the terminals at Manchester airport. The staff were friendly, and our check in was smooth. The rooms were spacious and clean with a modern touch, and I loved the big windows, providing ample natural light. Very comfortable beddings, and they had accessible rooms. Each room had a Nespresso machine w 1 pod, a kettle, a hairdryer and even a garment steamer. Overall a great hotel, highly recommend."

"This was my third time in The Alan so they must be doing something right 😄 Was guest at Room 403 this time which was the handiest room to get to/from the elevator. Definitely can't be lost. Very spacious room with a bit of lounge area, free digestive biscuits, fresh water bottle and compact bath tub (yes, yes, yes!) which is perfect for short people. Window is a little high in this one and no floofy rug. My favourite things: the gazillions of plugs and the full length mirror. As usual, bring your own summer duvet if you're a cool sleeper and your battery tea light candles for a cosier bath tub experience. A cortado at the nearby Nero overlooking St Peter's Square is a must."

"This hotel has a large room with exquisite furnishings. There are large and small double beds. A bathtub can relieve a lot of fatigue. There is a special car to pick you up at each terminal. It costs 5 pounds per person."
