Super clean and spacious rooms. Beds are pretty comfortable and my kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Certain sides of the hotel provide you with amazing mountain views. Large breakfast area as well. The front desk staff was also super friendly and helpful.

Cleanliness: The room is very clean
Facilities: Indoor swimming pool and hot spring pool
Environment: Very quiet and feels good. There is a Wal-Mart 300 meters west of the hotel. The tax on Cortez is 7.35%, which is not bad.
Service: The service attitude is great, the waiters are very nice, and the breakfast is also good

Bathroom needs updating fast to it is horrible fan exhaust is not doing anything big gap under door so cold air coming from outside, hot tub needs filling to level

Just right for what we needed. Pretty much just an overnight stop. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very nice.

Good inexpensive option on the way to Durango. Clean rooms and great breakfast. Maintenance in room 123 needed greatly.

I want to thank you all the staff inter hotel. We had to stay there because we had an accident and they were great, they took us to Durango to rent a car.

Stay was pleasant but property is a bit dated. Repairs seem to be done on the cheap. They do well with what they have but it’s due for an update.
