房間緊靠馬路，很單薄的落地鋁合金窗户隔音效果幾乎沒有，凌晨開始車輛開始增多，無數輛貨車拖拉機的轟鳴就在你枕頭邊跑來跑去，而且因為是六樓，聲音變相放大，基本沒辦法睡。衞生間的換氣扇會自己不時自己啟動發出卡拉卡拉的尖鋭噪音，關也關不掉，WiFi的速度非常慢。優點就是相對來説房間比較大，風格類似縣城自建房，看得出房內裝修設施都是和自建房對等的，相對還算乾淨。

服務態度非常差，入住之前床單上有污漬，由於開的是雙間其中一張床不睡就沒有及時反應，想不到跟服務員反應了還倒打一耙説是我們弄的。雖然後麪床單被罩換了但是態度太太差了，以後再也不在這點訂房間了，差

上一次住這樣式兒的酒店還是上一次，98年吧大概…或許都不能稱之為酒店，説是個招待所都是級別高了，最多一個旅店！！酒店一股子狐臭味兒，還有下水道的返上來的味道！設施陳舊，臟亂差，下水漏水，那個拖鞋…黑的已經不能看出來原來的顏色了…還不如不擺！而且擺的那個位置！但凡身手差點兒，都拿不到！就算是潑水節，就算是市場經濟，旺季漲價，但是漲價的資本得有啊！你這個100塊錢住我都覺得貴！如果你這酒店，潑水節這些天200塊錢一晚上，我都能接受！我着實不理解，誰給你的自信，一晚上敢賣454的！給你個一星評價是因為最低給一星，要不然一星我都給不了！訂酒店都擦亮眼睛，明顯圖片跟實物嚴重不符！解釋權還歸酒店所有！

房間是比較寬敞的，衞生條件也可以，設施也算齊全，有個大停車場，停車很方便，主要是位置略偏僻，離芒市廣場有一公里多，

酒店位置不錯，旁邊吃的店鋪比較多，去往景點不遠。房間感覺不夠新，浴室比較簡陋，淋浴區沒有隔開，一沖浴就整個地面濕漉漉的。
