Really great location, super clean, nice amenities. The only complaint is that the room is a little bit small.

We decided to stay 4 days plus i booked my friends on the other room for 2 days. Checked-in was smooth, I requested them to keep my cakes for my bf incoming birthday and they did what I asked for. Thank you to those staff who assist us during check-in, to those security guard who helped us and big thanks to the housekeeping who's incharged with our room cleanliness. I was disappointed though when it comes to pool, on our last day of stay we decided to try it, we wait for 6am so that we can swim because the opening time is 6am asp. Reception. But, unfortunately we failed. No one inform us that they changed the opening time to 8am. We can't wait till 8 cause we need to check-ot at 12pm since our flight is 4pm. I hope Next time if there's sudden changes please inform ur guest ahead of time. Just a basic standard to follow. And I hope the elevator would be much faster since so many people using the same elevator.

We got from the airport by taxi, ordered through the Grab app (be careful - local dealers are trying to convince you that the official price is 2500 pesos and even some signs show it). The hotel is located 5-7 minutes on foot from the Robinson shopping center, and in general in Manila I advise you to live in this area, this is a tourist area, where there is a lot of security and police and is therefore relatively safe. The hotel is a large high-rise building, at the reception a dog sniffs you (there are two of them and both are very cute). The apartments are modern, newly renovated, have a high bed with a high-quality mattress, a kitchen is equipped at the entrance (microwave, refrigerator, kettle, toaster), and a large bottle of drinking water. Having a kitchen, we did not take breakfast, but you can order it separately for 400 pesos per person. There is no closet for things, but there is a bracket with hangers, a bedside table, a safe, an iron, and an ironing board. In the bathroom there is gel, shampoo, soap, conditioner, brushes. The cosmetics are of very high quality, there is no need to bring your own hair products. Despite the high floor, noise from the street is audible, but since the air conditioning is on (+36 outside), it is not particularly disturbing. We liked the hotel, we will be happy to come again.

Nice apartments, everything is clean. Very compact bathroom, one of the downsides. But for a short period of 2-3 days it’s an excellent option. There are a lot of cool places and attractions nearby within a 30-minute walk.

Excellent staff and service, clean rooms. Gorgeous swimming pool and gym. The large Robinson shopping center is 3-5 minutes away, very convenient. Staying in Manila for a couple of days is ideal; if necessary, you can leave your things in a storage room while you travel around the islands. It was not possible to eat in the hotel at the time of February 17-20, 2024, but they are preparing to open a Starbucks on the ground floor of the hotel.

Because it is a new hotel🏨. very good. Very hygienic. There is a lot of drinking water in the room. The hotel is next to ROBINSON. The bustling city is right outside your door, which is very convenient.

This is a good value hotel. It's newly built so it's very clean. There is construction going on in front, so people with sensitive skin should avoid it. The guards are very friendly. The alleys are too dark to walk around at night. There is no hotel like this in Malate at this price.

Robinson Mall is a convenient 5-minute walk away. There are many large supermarkets, convenience stores, laundromats, and massage shops nearby, as well as many Korean restaurants, making life convenient.

The service at this hotel is really hard to describe, but the concierge is very friendly.
