Our room was simple but very clean and cozy. Looking out the window of our rooom, the Manila beach was just few steps away. The front desk and the cleaning staff were extremely helpful to us. All the guests were encouraged to be environmentally friendly and responsible, which I think is super cool. Great location, as well. There are quite a few budgest hotels near Robinsins Place Manila, but none is like Hop Inn that makes one feel comfy the very first moment you see them .

Hop inn has a good geographical location, not far from Manila Bay Boulevard, and there is also a money exchange nearby, which is very convenient. It's clean and the staff are very friendly.
It would be better if they had gowns and a refrigerator.

Love the location, lots of restaurants, room was okay just too many small cockroaches in the room came out from the door bathroom and windows gap.

I went to meet a friend, but I couldn't check in because my friend didn't have a valid ID.
Even in 5-star hotels, check-in is allowed with just one basic guest's identification, but it is too much to needlessly require identification for all guests.
I also don't understand the inflexible front desk staff and the local bleach company's actions of not providing refunds.

Exceptional staff service with attentive and courteous staff. Room cleanliness exceeded expectations. However, noise from the bathroom window was disruptive, affecting overall comfort.
