One of the dirtiest rooms ever. TV not working, aircon has not been cleaned for a long time and it was dripping on the bed. Everything was dirty. Never stay here, no matter how cheap it is.

-1000/10!! 😡 I booked this hotel for 3 nights, but I cancelled immediately after seeing the room. At first, I was assigned to Room 401. I complained about the condition of the room, and the staff offered me another room — Room 601. Unfortunately, it was still the same and even worse. The room was absolutely filthy and smelled terrible the moment I walked in. The odor was strong and unbearable, making it uncomfortable to even stay inside. 🤢😵💫 The bed was extremely old and clearly overused. It did not feel hygienic at all. 🤮 The mattress looked worn out, and the linens did not seem properly cleaned. The floors were visibly dirty, the walls had stains and cracks, and even the curtains were dusty and unclean. The room felt neglected and poorly maintained. There were insects crawling on the walls and dirt in multiple areas (I have photos as proof). 🤢 The overall cleanliness was completely unacceptable and far below basic standards. ITS GROSS!! What makes it worse is that the photos shown on Trip.com look NOTHING like the actual room. The pictures are very far from reality and feel misleading and deceptive. I don’t know if the owner and staff are aware of the condition of their rooms. When I informed the receptionist that the room was dirty, she seemed surprised, which made the situation even more concerning. I have already reported this hotel.

The first room we got was smelly and with mold. Our kids room was OK. The second room we got was no smell, so okay. But with mold on the ceiling in bathroom. Also repair ceiling with ductape. When asked new towel, it was with hesitation we got new ones. Location is good, room was not expensive but the rooms much too small. Not the Reddoorz we experienced before in other places. We will not stay in this hotel again.

The amenities is low. The cleanliness of reddoorz hotel is poor. Even the tap water or shower water a bad smell lack of chlorine and cleanliness, good to visit by the responsible government to close.

The toilet faucet is leaking, unpleasant odor of the room, toilet door is damaged and paint inside the room is cracked.

We stayed 2 nights. Room was small. We booked a 2 persons room and asked the possibility for 1x extra foam for our son. They said that is not a problem, but that didn't fit in our room. Also, we asked for new towels because the towels we used were wet. But only after complaining etc. we got new towels. First reaction was that new towels are not possible since it is a budget hotel.
