Hotel staff are super friendly.

Air-conditioning was working but I couldn't set comfortable temperature in the room. May be my fault. Breakfast is enough but not impressive. Staff is very welcoming and helpful.

The hotel front desk, restaurant, concierge, guest room and other staff are all polite and can communicate in English smoothly. During my stay, I received a lot of help from the front desk and breakfast staff, thank you very much! There is a bottled water device placed on each floor, which can be filled with the kettle in the room for unlimited drinking, which is convenient. The location is in the city center, and most taxi drivers know that taking a metered taxi from Airport T1 to the hotel will cost less than 500 pesos. There is a 711 convenience store, Watsons, etc. not far to the left of the hotel. It is only about a 5-minute walk from Robinson Mall. Tourists' requirements for dining, shopping, taxis, etc. can be met in the mall. There is a light rail station more than 100 meters to the right of the hotel. I haven't ridden it before and it feels like the operation ended very early. If I have the chance to go to Manila, I will choose it again!

It is amazing for me to stay in this hotel. All staff including Managers at Reception desk and breakfast dinning facility. All staff provide a good service with polite manner. Recommend everyone to sat here. I will be back again and plan to stay longer. Thanks.
