Amazing hotel and close to everything. Customer service very good. Good breakfast. Lovely sauna and hot tub. Steam room broken though.

The location is nice - a short taxi ride from the train station, and next to a pleasant lake.
At check in, a woman called Angela was very professional and had great English. The other staff were friendly and we all tried to communicate despite language barriers on both sides.
The hotel is modern and comfortable, with nice street and lake views possible. However, my room had a previous guest's half-drunk yoghurt still in the mini bar. The bathroom didn't have shampoo or shower gel. Finally, the "24-hour" in room dining actually stopped at 20:00 when I was there.
However, overall I was very comfortable during my stay.

從酒店辦理入住開始就很順利，謝謝鵬程，看見我們帶了小朋友幫我們送了小朋友的備品，還送了歡迎水果，酒店大堂也很美，一切都很好，謝謝了，因為我和家人特別喜歡香格里拉這個品牌的酒店，衹要有香格里拉酒店的城市，我們肯定入住。

五一期間，一家人過來旅遊，不得不説，很慶幸選擇了香格里拉。地理位置一流，景觀無敵，咖啡廳大落地窗正對北湖。
前台常曉婷非常熱情，看我們帶着寶寶，給我們安排了相鄰的兩個房間，抵店時間比較晚，詢問我們是否會去中餐廳用餐，幫我們打電話預留了廚師，給我們介紹我們所預訂的豪華閣房間可以享受的待遇。早餐寶寶起得晚，超過九點半了，給前台打電話居然幫我們延遲了早餐收餐時間，十分好的人性化管理。此次旅行體驗感非常好。

湖景房的風景還是很頂的，服務人員也很周到，提出的要求基本都能滿足，床睡的也比較舒服，室內温度也非常適宜！離中蘇街也很近，逛街啥的也方便。
