1.前台沒有服務意識，房間可有可無全看她心情和臉色。2.酒店維護不當，2022年開業2年就有異味，而且牆壁剝落嚴重。3.停車場無人管理。
提出更換房間後的照片可以比對一下

春節出行最最最差的酒店
環境：電梯是公用的。魚龍混雜，樓下就是按摩店，
衞生：很差，洗手間非常大的尿騷味。
設施：房間窗户巨小，外面陽光明媚，房間暗無天日。陰暗
服務：服務還可以，但是酒店不行。
衹有大廳能看，其他的都不能見人。

有蟲子 大家小心 我住了一晚 全身癢 查了一下這是什麼蟲子 是陰蝨 沒處理乾淨的床單被子 整個環境都很糟糕 一開始以為是蚊子 後來爬到手機上 才發現是陰蝨 很臟的人身上才會有的蟲子

酒店位置很好，臨近人民公園，隔壁就是文創街。跟酒店同樓就有電影院，餐廳跟按摩保健館。靠街一側的房間略吵，靠小區一側的房間很安靜。最近才重新翻新，非常適合商旅遊客。

環境：離火車站很近喲，特別是北站
服務：10點多到，提前4小時入住用户，本來以為要等很久，前台小姐姐快速處理一間空房出來，等了10分鐘就成功入住了

服務很好，我到的很晚開不開電視打了電話小哥就上來幫忙了。房間相對較小。另外離火車站不遠，但是出站以後沒有斑馬線要繞一圈，實際上走了比較遠。窗户比較臟需要維修清潔。

性價比很高 100出頭的價位大床房一個人住很舒服 旁邊就是文創街和人民廣場 晚上肚子餓了走下樓就有東西吃 交通也很方便 衞生環境還挺不錯的
