【人氣熱搜】今天筆者為大家推介在東滙城樓上的公寓。
🚗 交通：從茂名南站出發到東滙城大概20-30分鐘左右，打車費用在30元以內。
🧹衞生：公寓每天都會有服務人員定時清理房間，並且整理好房間內的物品，讓你有種每天都是新入住的感覺。
🍃環境：房間內使用全智能化的操作，電視台旁有個平板，衹要您呼叫“小杜，小杜”即可幫你操作房間的燈光，陽台窗簾的縮放，以及播放您喜歡的歌曲。
🔔服務：服務做得挺不錯的，唯一一點就是我們需要開發票的時候，把我們的入住記錄上的價格弄錯了，不過前台人員還是有耐心地為我們更正金額，並且協助我們開具發票。
温馨提示:如果您是租一週以上的公寓，為了防止房卡被人拿走，從而打開我們的房間，在每週四都需要去前台辦理房卡更新的操作，不然會開不到房門哦。

位置方便，樓下就是商場，吃飯購物很方便，可惜房間隔音不太好，房間桌面好多灰塵，廁所沖水制時好時壞，淋雨熱水制也不好控制，要麼太熱要麼太冷。希望有所改善。

床頭燈開關是失靈的，空調遙控器是爆屏的，電視機是壞的弄了一個小時都看不了，電視櫃裏還有上位客人留下的垃圾，真的很下頭
