很好的體驗，在遼闊草原深處的馬場裏建的度假酒店，親近自然。傍晚時分，馬兒在住宿地門邊悠閑地吃草，幾衹幸福的狗狗追逐打鬧；吃過晚飯，走過一條馬路，是遼闊的熱爾欽湖和濕地，晚霞滿天滿湖。服務周到細緻，乾淨舒適，晚餐早餐都不錯。

服務相當的好，都能耐心熱情的解答，儘量滿足各種要求。環境也相當好，乾淨整潔，中秋節入住，額外提供了不少飲料，月餅。唯一缺點是帳篷在太陽暴曬之下有點塑料的味道。總之非常棒的體驗

環境不錯，離馬場很近，早上起床門外就有馬匹。還有兩衹可愛小狗。
服務也很好，熱情準備早晚餐。
不過房車條件有限，自來水有些發黃。
秋天來西北旅遊體驗一下還是不錯的！

房間乾淨舒適，有空調，淋浴間有暖風機，晚上6℃一點也不冷，開啟天棚，躺下看星空特別美！早餐晚上兩大一下根本吃不完，飯菜可口精緻！是甘南旅遊住的最舒服的酒店，值得推薦！

房車營地，小巧乾淨，設施齊全，用水方便，環境安靜，服務熱情周到，房車離景區近。住宿費用有點貴，免費晚餐和早餐，晚餐涮羊肉豐富，份量多，兩人餐夠 4 人吃，從節約角度來説配菜可減少份量，杜絕浪費。

總體上不錯的酒店。我們定了一個房車、一個帳篷，面積都還可以，內部設施優於甘南一般的民宿。周邊風景絕佳，步行就可以去濕地和湖區。不過酒店配備了電瓶車，可以隨時聯繫管家要車出行。房費中包含的晚餐質量很好，是藏式火鍋，量比較大，我們沒有吃完，質量也不錯。唯一吐槽的是房間的水質有些發黃，不太理解會什麼會這樣。雖説海拔3000+的高原洗澡也衹是沖沖而已，但還是感覺不太好。

實話實説，硬件設施和衞生一般，水是黃的、Wi-Fi 信號差這是硬傷，但是好在服務很好，晚飯真的很好吃量也大，兩個人根本吃不完，五分好評還是給了吧，希望老闆再改進一些吧

此次行程最滿意 最驚喜的酒店！帶老爸老媽出遊，老爸對這家酒店喜歡的不得了，説和自己印象中的帳篷完全不是一個概念！首先酒店是管家式服務，早餐、晚飯、去景區都有電瓶車接送，很周到很體貼。其次，房間很大，櫃式空調很給力，衞生間乾濕分離，床品舒適，晚上下雨也不吵，如果是晴天，夜裡的銀河系應該很美吧！再次，早餐早餐超級實惠，味道美味，就餐環境很棒，是此行中吃的最好的一天！最後，從酒店出去過小馬路，就是馬場，太美了簡直！因為時間有限，所以沒能在咖啡廳喝一杯，希望下次還能有機會！
